I used to love eating at this particular bww however tonight was the last straw.The quality of food I received for my order tonight was inedible. The nachos were drenched in salt and I can't even comment on the "brisket" on top that was an extra $3. The wings I had were old, and over cooked. The portion of wedges I paid extra for was childish as in enough for a child. Some of the boneless wings I had were not cooked through surprising to me because they all tasted as though they just opened a bag of Tysons frozen nuggets. Such a disappointment financially and tastefully.
Take out is usually a longer wait then expected especially if you're doing Uber eats or door dash. I've had to wait more then 20 min for take out numerous times. I haven't dined in so i can't talk about the dine in experience. Hopefully it's better then the takeout experience
Service is excellent. Some of the kindest and most considerate staff and managers. Ken and the others helped accommodate us for a booth and were very warm and friendly. Definitely recommend going here to support this location even if it’s out of the way for you. We had a great time. Nice and clean place, great atmosphere, and everyone makes you feel at home.
Our waitress, Alyssa, was very friendly but needs to work on her speed as she was incredibly slow. When we arrived it wasn’t busy. Took almost 10 minutes to wipe a table down clean and it took her almost 10 minutes to get in our drink order. My biggest pet peeve is when people arrive after us and get their food before we do. I asked for a classic chicken wrap, dry, with mayo on the side. A half hour later, I get a wrap the size for a small child to eat with ranch dressing already inside the wrap. Nothing was hot. The fries were ice cold. I didn’t send the food back because by the time I received another wrap it would have been dinner time. Not worth coming back.
Would of given a no star if it was availableMessed up my super bowl party put in a order on thurday 2/10/22 to be picked sunday 2/13/22 at 530pm when arriving at 525pm to pick up my order I was told they were backed up and that my order wouldn't be ready for another hour.so that would have been 630pm when the superbowl already started.at 630pm I went back to pick up my order and then asking once again about my order one of the workers said he was going to check on it and never returned after 20 minutes I went back to the register to ask the employee. About my order he then said do I want a refund and by this time I was very frustrated cause the super bowl.started and I had a house of people waiting to eat and still at 7 o'clock nobody could tell me about my order. KnowingThat the superbowl starts at 630pm why take orders that cannot be fulfilled at the time needed so unprofessional and unorganized..
Would give a 0 if I could… ruined super bowl, a house of guests with no food. Placed an order on Monday for 5:00 pick up time 7:00 it still wasn’t ready so we had no choice but to cancel. Extremely disorganized people who ordered that day getting orders before mine that had a pick up time, no one saying how much longer it would be. Very disappointing and embarrassing to be a host without the main food. Do not take on more orders then you can fill there were many angry customers tonight who will no longer be ordering for another event .
This location is awful. I’m still waiting to hear from the manager to refund my money from Super Bowl when my order still wasn’t ready over 2 hours past my order pick up time. Everytime I call he is “not in”. Will never go here again.
Had a good time there for the most part, I had boneless chicken wings with a strawberry lemonade. My waitress was absurdly kind, and the food came out in a timely manner. I was satisfied with the wings. The burgers and fries were made just right, and the experience was interesting, I am going to give it a four due to the way the menu is. Not the most intuitive menu, but overall, I enjoyed my visit.
