This is my late night go to for the past few months. I like that they stay open a little later and the fried rice is really good.
Called the restaurant tonight to place an order. The young girl answering the phone was very polite and professional. When I got there, the place was very busy. 2 girls at the counter greeted me right away and again were both very polite. The food was also hot and fresh and delicious. I will definitely return to this Chinese restaurant.
Food is really not that good. But what's really strange is we went twice recently, and both times they didn't give utensils. I went back, and the lady gave me one fork. I asked for another, as I had two items. Very strange. It defies logic. Then I wanted to get delivery once, but you can't do a credit card over the phone. Cash only in person at the door, which I couldn't do because I didn't have money and if I did, I didn't and don't want the face to face contact.
Love their different fried rices and chow mein. Nice people.
All of a sudden now they dont take debit cards? Besides being overpriced they are definitely going downhill in service. On top of the lady being rude.
This was our go to place for many many years. I don’t know why they don’t post their menu online. We googled the menu which was mistaken prices ( sure no problem don’t care about them raising prices at all) first time ordering chicken pineapple rice. On the menu I looked at just stated that and not shrimp. My husband gave me my food and it was with shrimp on top. We called up 2 days later to see what they could do. I would of brought my food back to get it without shrimp. The young girl got nasty saying that the menus are not correct and random people posting their menus up with different prices and different things on the menu. I then spoke to the owner who was so rude to me. I was trying to explain to her she did not want to listen and she said she didn’t wanna do anything about it so I’m giving this business a one star which is really said we’ve been going to them for years and years and even when they make mistakes we never complain we just get a credit for next time. Very upsetting how the owner treated me.
Will not be back, I'm sorry they are over priced. I'd rather wait for number 1 kitchen in bayshore to open Tuesday they order from. Here again. Smh and she was rude.

Bo Wah Kitchen is a good choice if your looking for your standard chinese food. Nothing bad nothing great. Foods always the consistent. The down side is because its so consistent they are busy and you can expect a 45 minute wait at times for delivery (most of the time its 30-40 minutes)
So I called an order in and it went as so… General Tso chicken with PFR with no vegetables, Chicken wings cut up & Singapore Mei Fun (this usually comes house special with all meat) I expressed I just want shrimp and medium spicy (curry). I called back to add green beans but the second lady repeats my order and says Chow Mei Fun (House Special) I correct her saying “No just shrimp and added egg” I pick up and it’s Shrimp Chow Mei Fun with NO SPICES (Singapore) I get home and discover this and call! The second lady is telling me what when I corrected her I changed the order! The First Lady confirms and says I said Medium Spicy. They tell me to walk back in the rain for the Change! This is exactly what I did! Some guy comes to the front screaming at me saying he made three different orders! I talk calmly expressing you made three different orders bec the two individuals got it wrong! He’s yelling at me telling me what I said on the phone when I never even spoke to him! Why do these people think they can talk to customers the way they want? What ever happen to being courteous and making sure the customer is happy after she spends 40$ Even if I didn’t add green beans he’d still have it wrong as the original order made was house special, the second order was minus the singapore (spicy) and third finally made correct! However, in order to get respect you have to give respect… yelling at me as if I’m some child fixes absolutely NOTHING! Now we have two irate individuals!
