My 3 year old son and I love to come hang out, admire the Art work hanging , have a REALLY amazing cup of coffee and He loves to get a macaroon. Kate and her staff and so sweet and good to us! Feel blessed to have found this coffee shop! Best coffee on LI! ??

One of the most conscientious, people-focused Staff in the Bay Shore, Babylon, and Islip commercial communities.

very rude customer service, we walked in and got looks and stares the whole time we were in there from what I believe is the manger. i’ve been coming here for months and never had a bad experience till now. The women that made our coffees was very friendly and attentive. sad to say never coming back.

As soon I walked in I was stared by the lady at the counter. (White lady) as soon as I stepped out of the bathroom she was staring even more and talking about me as if I just came in just to use the bathroom. Which wasn’t the case. I bought coffee and sat down to study. As I was leaving she said goodnight to every customer except us. Instead gave me a dirty face and demanded multiple times not to throw out my cup in the trash; when I was just trying to leave.

Nice and cozy inside. Coffee is good, as is the food bit I wish my turkey wrap had a little bit of mayo in it to balance the mainly meat and lettuce meal I had when grabbing something to eat.

Happy to support a local business as a Bay Shore resident but thought I would share my experience this morning. I purchased 4 bags of coffee beans today, was asked if I needed them ground which I did not, but the response from the staff was "thank god"... why bother to offer? In the event I did, I wonder what the response would have been and how uncomfortable that might have felt as a paying customer. The goal should be to train all employees to create an amazing client or customer experience. Was also told, I'd offer you a bag, but we don't have any. Not a memorable experience, or a positive one.

Seattle style coffee, so you know its bad, and there's no way it can be made good. At least they don't warm up apple juice, throw caramel and a cinnamon stick in it and pretend it's apple cider, like the big corporate evil empire that they are imitating. It gets one more star than the coffee deserves because of the ambiance. But be warned, the ambiance is better than the coffee, unless you are on of those embarrassingly ignorant Americans who actually think they like Seattle style coffee, but have neverhad "coffee" that didn't closly resemble an ice cream Sunday. You know, the Americans that cause the Italians to laugh at us.

Great coffee, friendly staff, and warm atmosphere. The best way to describe this place is, a coffee shop that you see on TV that you wish existed on your town.

It was a nice place with a lot of room to sit and the coffee was good.. only downside was I saw a mouse run across the room

I love this place. I recently moved a little further away but I still go out of my way to come here. Great coffee always, and I love trying the seasonal flavors. Plus they have some amazing macarons. Highly recommended!
