I went to try out this month's flavor which is Irish cream. I couldn't believe how quickly the server prepared my Irish cream sundae. Definitely, I'm gonna come back when they have another exciting flavor.
i bought a butter peacan and it tasted like powder. disgusting after taste. I even tried to let it melt alittle thinking it would maybe get rid of the powder but it didnt. just horrible!!!!!! the service is okay but the ice cream is disgusting! save your money.
This place just never gets my orders right multiple times. If you’re getting Uber eats or Door dash just skip this place they will never get it right it’s a little embarrassing.
Baskin and Robbins is me and my husband favorite place to go to we like to order the strawberry and banana smoothie with yogurt ice cream and whipped cream on top so delicious
They are always out of their toppings and ice cream. The staff is rude. I've witnessed one server tell a customer to grow up and act his age.
I was at Dunkin getting an espresso. Whoopee! Espresso. Who do I think I am, getting an espresso from Dunkin. Anyway, it was good. Ha ha

my favorite item on your menu is the strawberry banana smoothie. I can't seem to get it when I want it. usually they are out of bananas. a few weeks ago I came to the bay shore NY store, they didn't have vanilla frozen yogurt. Ok it was a hot day, but the staff could have put a sign on door so customers don't wait 15min a long line needlessly. Today I went to the Brentwood NY store, they didn't have the strawberry juice mix. I drove to bay shore store & this is what I got. Def the wrong color, tastes like strawberry milkshake. when I complained I was told they followed the recipe. after complaining a little more staff took cup from me. he poured it into pitcher & "fixed" it. He said he forgot the ice 1st time. so now I have a watery strawberry milkshake. I just left, didn't feel like complaining any more.
Good place
