Don’t get me wrong, the food and drinks here are good but this lady is so rude. She dropped my straw on the floor and when I asked for a replacement, she said “i’m so busy right now and you’re bothering me about a straw. Extremely bad customer service. Please check your attitude when working with people on a daily basis. I did nothing to you. ?
i love swirl bliss. it’s literally bliss. i order from there very frequently, if i ever stop ordering for a little it’s because i’m dieting but it’s amazing their frozen yogurt is awesome and they have so many options for toppings! i love their mango&strawberry bobas. and i had to call them to ask them something and the guy Ousmane that works there was such a sweetheart, he remembers our orders and is extremely professional and super friendly Oh and they always give an 8$ reward after spending a certain amount of money which is amazing too! i’ll always love this place ?

Went in for some bubble tea due to reviews and was highly disappointed. The bubble balls were the highly processed type straight from a bag and the tea part was more of a powder milk shake without any actual tea. Avoid this place, nothing is fresh

I went here tonight with my girlfriend. The service was fantastic. The guy who helped us was very respectful and very please to work with. He was also very patient. I wish I got his name, but we were there around 8:30pm on 2/6/21. The froyo was great as well, I love the flavor and topping selections! We will be back!
