Forgot the reason we stopped using the pizza place. Called in order to be picked up. Was told 20-30 minutes for pick up. I waited 30 minutes then headed to pick up order. Arrived and it was busy and counter area was disorganized. Finally got helped 10 minutes after arriving. Gave my order # and had to wait an additional 20 minutes for it to be ready not what I had planned & the reason I called it in.

Love the food. Great Staff! I order to take out most the time and the Young Lady who takes your order couldn't be kinder. Just an all around Great Place!

Placed a $65 order , they screwed up one of my orders , cavatelli Romana pasta came out like pea soup. Called them , Eric told me to send them back the dish they will resend another, I refused because it was 8pm on a Sunday, told him I can send him pictures and to credit my wife's account he said half the amount.

I ORDER THE PENNY ALFRADO WITH CHICKEN AND THE SHRIMP OREGANATA FOR MY PARTY IT WAS FRESH AND DELICIOUS. EVERYONE LOVE IT!!

They should have a no star rating, this place used to be good. Now it’s just garbage. I ordered a pizza today and it look like they re-heated a pizza from last night and gave it to me. I took it back and ask them for a replacement and they said no, and gave me a refund. Looks like someone else will be eating that stale pizza. ???????? DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!!

very very terrible don't go here. Please don't go to the baldwin location. The service is very poor and who assist was very rude

Gino's is old school for me. Haven't ordered from here in a good few years; always picked up. However, I decided to give them a delivery try through a free delivery promo from grubhub+. BTW, I noticed I was charged some $2 fee, but... Okay, I placed the order at 3:00, requesting it be delivered at 5:30. Their info said 80-90 minutes delivery time & text from them said 5:30-5:40. I expected a longer wait for Christmas Eve. However, food did not arrive until after 7! I called restaurant at 6:18 to ask about approx delay time. Very cheerful young man answered & assured me not to worry, that I will definitely get my food. Told me they were supposed to close at 6. Finally at around 7:40, a very nice young man arrived, apologizing several times! Well, it was worth wait. I wasn't disappointed. Food was surprisingly still hot, packed nicely & very tasty. Pizza was a slightly overdone on bottom, but still very tasty! You could taste the basil in the sauce. The calamari was super hot (heatwise) & arrabiata sauce was spot on! Antipasta Salad was also very freah; even though my request of putting the olives & cucumbers on the side wasn't done. So my husband picked out his olives & dumped them into my salad. I ate the cucumbers with no issue. All in all, I would definitely buy from Gino's again. Just to see true/normal delivery time!

Ordered from there on Grubhub like I always do and it was over an hour late. It wasn’t a crazy order it was a pie and a chicken roll. There has been a few issues lately with Grubhub orders with them. When I called I was told the order was being sent out and would be at my house in 5 minutes. Which at that point was over 20 minutes late. To get another phone call about 10 minutes later to find out that the person who I’m going to assume was a manager stating that they were training and there was a mess up on their end they put it in as a pick up and not a delivery. Plus they had to remake all the food I ordered because they didn’t want a complaint about quality. So it was another 30 minutes to get the food to my door. Sending 2 cannolis with an order that was over an hour late because you weren’t watching the person that was training is completely unacceptable. I wish I could never order again from there but my nephew loves them. Also 6 bucks for a cannoli is expensive. Should have just gave me the money back. Definitely want to speak to someone that’s in charge of the entire restaurant.

They have gotten really bad over the last two years and I think they’re at their worst. In less than six weeks they screwed our delivery order up three times. We order the same thing every time and never get the same price. The quality has gotten really bad. We’re looking for another place

Limp small slices with no crunch. I tried to pick up the slice and everything slide and folded over. Obviously not a real NYC slice. Customer service depends on what you look like. Some get a hey. Others get sir or ma’am. Don’t waste your time.
