Not a Friendly atmosphere

Taste of saltiness and close to cold food... Each month that passes by with this location, there's more and more young workers, and less people that come in to eat. I called in for a pickup order at 6:53 pm, got there at 7:15, didn't get my food til 7:30 pm. I originally asked for mini mozzarella sticks, but ended up with the three piece instead. The person on the phone failed to tell me in advance of what they did and didn't have in stock. Why does it take close to 40 mins for such a basic order, especially with a slow night. When I got to Friendly's, there's maybe 5 people working all chatting to themselves, still working, but it takes a while to "greet" me. There were 5 tables open with a good 10 or so people in the restaurant. Once I got to see my food and ready to eat, the food isn't hot, barely warm, there's barely ice cream, barely any gummy bears, they didn't even fill the small cup. And for some reason the food taste extremely salty. I wasn't even able to finish it. Everyone here is more focused on socializing with themselves, rather than giving people the food that they paid for.

I can't even say that it's a bad service because they didn't want to serve us. The only thing the person who came to the table asked was if we were Hispanic and went to serve another table. so we left

I have been a customer of Friendly's since I was 12. Patronizing this store for 23 years. I am 52. I have never received Reeses ice cream sundays so skimpy. When I called to complaint I got into a screaming match with the supposed manager whose name I will not share publicly. Everyone is entitled to a bad day. Everyone deserves grace. The young lady that made the ice cream, I adore her from previous times there. Again, everyone is entitled to a bad day! But the response from the manager was totally unacceptable. She asked me "Do you want a refund?" "NO I don't want a refund. I want my ice cream!" I took the loss and ate what was given to me. I was willing to go back for the sundaes to be remade but clearly this manager was lacking in customer service. Extremely disappointed! Photos are the "supposed" 3 large Reeses cup sundaes and one 2 scoop ice cream to compare. All purchased at the same time.

I normally like coming to this Friendly's, but the place needs to be cleaned/high chairs are dirty. It's under staffed, more workers are needed. The young waitress Chloe who served us was sweet & did the best she could under the circumstances.

Would go back again ad again . Service is everything going forward. Was closing time the manager wonderful young lady still allowed me to order. They took there time making my order and the shake and Jim dandy just right. Customer service is key in today's world with so many different options out there. Thank you and thank you...

The quality of the food has dropped so dramatically. The cheese burger experience was sloppy. The children chicken tenders were dry.

I went here 30 mins before closing and waited in the lobby for no one to show up to the counter to take the order. There was a man waiting there before me as well, and he walked out. I left and called on the phone to see if anyone was inside and then a gentleman started walking around so I went in again and they told me that they closed 20 mins ago and can’t take the order. Mind you the store hours are posted up online to be open until 11PM.
