Through the year I’ve been to many Dunkin. The location at 764 Sunrise is probably one of the worst. Doesn’t appear clean from the outside. Extensive wait time in drive through. Only a few cars and it takes 10-15 minutes to the speaker. Prices seems to increase monthly. A small coffee is $2.49; increases .40 this year alone. Items constantly prepared incorrectly or poorly. Escalate to the manager. He’s sarcastic doesn’t take accountable and makes no apology. Completing the surveys make no difference; they don’t respond.Avoid the frustration and avoid this location.
I go to this location 5 days a week since I work close by. Today the wait at the drive through was 15 minutes, I understand they are busy and that's fine but after waiting 15 minutes and paying I was told to pull up front so they could bring my drink out. 2 minutes go by 5 minutes then 7 minutes at this point I had to go back to work. I go inside the person that was helping me wasn't there. the drink was ready just sitting there the rush had died down (No one in drive through no one waiting in store) but they couldn't be bothered to bring out my order, they were too busy BSn.
I get mint hot chocolate..I have to emphasize on the mint or else I get regularMost mornings the mint chocolate container is overlooked and rema I ns empty

Worst coffee ever. Asked for oat milk and got regular then no pumpkin swirl… and it didn’t even taste good.
Service is okay and orders are not consistent. Last week I ordered a caramel oat milk iced coffee and it was perfect. Today I got the same thing and was nothing like my last order.
This has to be the poorest management run location of Dunkin Donuts. They NEVER provide accurate orders from delivery. I've spoken with Scotty the immediate manager and this problem still prevails. Just go to Starbucks one light away or the dunkin donuts located in FREEPORT on sunrise HWY! At this point DoorDash should remove their partnership
The coffee here is ok. It's usually hit or miss.
