Store manager and the lady Ana who works there are rude & unprofessional. He yelled at me after I waited more than 5mins while he was in the back doing whatever he was doing! All I said was hello, to make sure someone knew I was in the front by myself waiting (sometime after 8p). He yelled out from the back WAIT!!! I said excuse me. Another time I brought ice cream and Ana insisted I buy one and get one free.. I told her on more than one occasion no thank you, appreciate it but I only want one. She questioned my decision more than three times asking “why “ just get another one.. I said “no “ again, then she proceeded to have a attitude with me. Horrible customer service . They both need serious help!!Do yourself a favor and go to the Dunkin’ Donuts on sunrise.
My favorite donut shop. Plus you can get very different drinks. They all taste good. You can get about 20 different pastry donut at Dunkin' donuts. Great for breakfast and lunch.
The store was clean, bright, and well stocked with a large variety of donuts. The staff was friendly and the Waite was short.
Worst customer service grumpy old man taking orders most rudest person don’t come here came in 1/31 at 6:30pm it’s terrible absolute garbage
Great atmosphere which is pretty general for Dunkin' donuts. The only thing that I don't like now is that the company doesn't allow you to get points on your app in case your app doesn't work and you have to purchase an item with cash or outside of the app. We used to be able to get credit and put that purchase back on your account through the app.

I get things are rough with the pandemic but I’d be less frustrated with the screw ups concerning my order if they was a modicum of effort on the part of the employees. Evidently, just doing the bare minimum is enough.
