ordered chocolate ice cream, I got world classgross
I placed an order through postmates for 12 ounces of ice cream and instead received a coffee. I’m 9 months pregnant and really wanted ice cream. The receipt says 12 oz of ice cream yet I received an 8oz iced coffee… I don’t understand how this mistake was made. The order was placed at 11pm. I doubt the store was busy at that time.
This is not a 24 hour store. It closes at 10pm.
Horrible! I was "helped" by a young lady who apparently doesn't know what customer service is. I kept telling her what I wanted and she ended up giving me the wrong thing. When I asked her to change it because that was not what I ordered, her response was very rude! She has a very nasty attitude. If you don't like your job and will treat customers badly because of it, then quit!
How do you run out of mint chocolate chip? Or was the employee just lazy and didn't feel like getting a new one? Either way, not a good look
Both young men working we're very polite and helpful. I ordered 1of my usuals, Iced Caramel Latte and I did enjoy it!!😊

The worst service i ever got. I bought ice cream cup and was lefted standing there at the counter while he took 4 other people. The other service person act like i wasn't there. Even after i asked for service please. I will never come back there again.
