We come here, more than I’d like to admit..sometimes it’s a hit or miss. Today we were waited on by Eddy [$$$Edward$$$]. We’ve seen him before but haven’t had him as a waiter. We’ll what a disappointment that we’ve never had him as a server before! From the moment he greeted us it was welcoming. Then throughout our dinner he was so attentive, and I mean like on point with everything going on at the table. I couldn’t leave without asking for his manager (Kevin) to let him know how awesome Eddy is and I asked for his schedule because I certainly plan on coming back when he’s on shift and asking to be seated in his area (Mon,Weds,Sat)!
I mostly do curbside with them They are almost always on point. The girls that run the food are super fast. The food is usually good, but every now and then the cooks will do something inconvenient like put boneless wings covered in sauce in the same container as a quesadilla, which becomes soaked in the wing sauce but aside from that it's decent food at a decent price plus no cooking for me
Amazing staff there. I live in a group home and we got to that particular Applebee's they are so amazing. We usually need separate checks and they always accommodate us. Amazing simply amazing. Favorite place to eat in my neighborhood.
Louisa was very rude and nasty. We sat down at the bar and she didn’t greet us. She didn’t ask how our food was, if we wanted a soda or another drink but had the nerve to call Last call. She made sure to be very attentive to nice to everybody else at the bar. I just didn’t understand what the issue was.
Fast friendly service. Food is delicious with many affordable options for dinner for 2.
NEVER go to the Applebee's in Baldwin on Thursday nights or Saturday nights. On those nights, that location has an acting manager named Ira who is rude, condescending, unfriendly, uncaring and just plain nasty! If you don't treat him just right, he will make you feel like he's doing you a favor by letting you come into his restaurant. He will go out of his way to make your visit miserable!
Food is usually delicious here however this time the beef was off in texture and taste my 12 year old was the judge of that since he is a fan of Gordon Ramsey and likes making steak himself. It was rubbery this nor did actually taste like steak.

Whoever worked the night of Feb 10, 2022 as a cook, that boy need to learn how to season his meals for real. Ordered a Chicken Alfredo and that thing was drier than my s*x life and flavorless. Water has more flavor than that meal I ate. No bueno
