Terrible attention! rude, loud, quarrelsome, bad face. I do not respect the client who is consuming in the premises. I ask a question about allergies and she said to me IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC, THEN DON'T EAT ANYTHING. The people who’s working here does not have any kind of education (Two women) AWFUL SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I went for a juice and the person who attended us was rude, she yelled and got angry because we told her she was allergic to an ingredient, and she replied that she shouldn't eat anything.... I think it's disrespectful.
I like the place, is clean and organize. My family always visiting and the staff is very friendly. The thing is there is no bathroom available and usually in places like this that have free water, (they have water but you have to buy) since they sell ice cream.
First of all the boba tea is so yummy and sweet ?. The frozen yogurt with my favorite toppings (chocolate chips, strawberry bubbles, and caramel drizzle) is to die for. ? And the ladies that work there are a delight.
The place wasn't too busy, so I was able to take my time. Crepes were fine, but the rolled ice cream was quite good! I'd highly recommend the euro tart flavor!
Sunberi Frozen Yogurt & Crep never disappoints. I go every month to sample the flavors and pretty much every time I think a flavor sounds too weird to taste good, I'm proven wrong. The vegan flavors usually taste like traditional ice cream and not icy like a lot of brands. I highly recommend getting a flight because then you can share multiple flavors with someone else. The people who work here are really friendly and patient (aka I never feel rushed when I ask to test all of the new flavors).
I Was lost, bought a umbrella at a $99 cents store, walked a mile and then here I was craving for frozen yogurt.
Crepes are good. Their yoghurt seems pricey. I felt overcharged. Not the most welcoming staff. All in all, good quality, just don't look for service with a smile...more like service with a snarl...yikes.
Their ice creams are disgusting. More than that, I was so confused about their service.. when I asked them to let me use the bathroom, they treated me like a homeless, even I paid $17 for the tasteless ice creams. Never ever go back to this place again. Horrible service, horrible foods!
Not the best ice cream, service is not good nether. Will not recommend for people who like alot of flavor.
