Made the wrong order and then blamed my child for the mistake. Asked for caramel (was clear) and got Taro! Didn’t apologise - acted like it was our fault and extremely rude about it. Mumbling the whole time. Shocking customer service. 30th June 22. 3pm. Management- please sort this rude arrogant person out. Does not belong in customer service. Maybe a back office. Not even this. Thank you.
I’m their regular customer to have ice coffee all the time and today I went in with the helmet and she thought I’m delivery person and she just said 5 minutes but the thing is I’m not delivery person just wanted to have my regular ice coffee then I was in the line but she didn’t take my order and she tried to get another customer order behind me it was my last business with infinitea ny
The caprese Sandwich is quite small dor $14 , it comes with a little salad and I wanted to give it a 4stars because of price/ size but the taste was ok, not the best but good.The miso soup on the other side is priced well at $4.5 and is tasty ( it contains Tofu, seaweed, scallions, etc) maybe needed just a little extra salt

It’s small but super cute inside. The barista was awesome! I would definitely come back.
I was going to give 4 stars because a large cold brew coffee here is a dollar more than it is at other places nearby.But, really, try it. Maybe not EVERY day. But at least try it. It's worth it. It's so damn good. If I didn't require such a copious amount of coffee to function, I'd come here every single day, all day.
The boba has an odd floral flavor I don't love, but otherwise really good tea.
Ordered chicken salad, chicken was a little raw and salad was not fresh. Coffee price is very high compared to the neighborhood
