Their noodles in chow mien are not noodles. It’s more like a soup of goup with rubber chicken. Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had
Probably I haven't picked good food in this Chinese restaurant, since my Home Special soup and Angel Hair noodles tasted the same.Quite tasteless, plain and not eyecatching at all.I will give them an another chance and try something different.At least they were not pricy, and that's the only reason for 3 stars. And the fact that they have quite big menu, with a lot of options.Service ok, nothing special. They check proof of vaccination if you eat indoor.But they serve everything in plastic (plate, bowl, cutlery) :(Well, it is what it is.
I’ve been going to Golden Dragon for years and love it. They have the best Chinese food around - quintessential NYC takeout. The service is prompt and always accurate. Whenever I get Chinese food when I’m out of town, I appreciate how much better Golden Dragon is!
My food never came! I ordered my food at 7:15. It was scheduled for delivery at 8:20. At 8:30 I called the restaurant because I still hadn’t received my food. They assured me i would get it in a few minutes. I attempted to call back but the restaurant never answered.

I am a NY native and I've never tasted Chinese food as good as this. The shrimp egg foo young is out of this world good! The sauce they use is absolutely unique and incredible! Has kept my coworker and I coming back every week for it! Try it out!
Golden Dragon offers great "American" Chinese food. Orders come out very quickly, and the food is satisfying and tasty. It's not "special," when compared to all the other small Chinese restaurants, but it's a local favorite and many of the Astoria locals swear by it. It's also very affordable.
Extraordinary vibes and super friendly service. The meals were crisp and delicious. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone. Reasonable rates and generous portions. Keep up the great work.
Food wasn’t well prepared or clean. Old oil might have been used. Both chicken were cooked hard. Rice was nasty. I threw it in the trash.
