The best bar in Astoria. I originally stepped foot in Daly's because of its convenient proximity to the train, since then I've had many a good evening and met some great people along the way.
Great local spot for a quiet cheap beer. Very large on the inside, very good bartenders and a fair amount of privacy. Neighborhood staple for years.
The best service and music! If you're here during the holidays, swing on by and enjoy the festive decor. In addition, Daly's is THE place to catch any sporting event. TV screens everywhere!
Spent ten days nursing a few lagers in this bar whilst on holiday in NYC this December (2021). Fantastic place with great staff - Jason and Asif in particular - were spot on ? My only regret is not discovering the Guinness earlier - schoolboy error for someone named McCourt ??♂️ Well worth a visit if you’re in Astoria, which is by the way, a fantastic place to stay in whilst enjoying the best city in the world ❤️
I love this bar, when I have a good or bad day from work, I come down from the Broadway Station and go straight to Daly’s Bar, nice atmosphere, nice local and tourist folks, great staff, awesome Boss. Comfortable backyard, you can smoke back there for just drink and chill. Reasonable prices are n drinks you can order food from outside and eat.
