I tried this place because i move around for work. And If you think this is extra bacon priced at $4 extra, then by all means buy your breakfast here. The staff was kind and the food was good.. but i learned a hard lesson about inflation today. I get more for my money at a random corner latino deli.
Ordered online and got it delivered. Fed 9 hungry guys from out of state. Breakfast sandwiches tasty AF. Bagels 10/10 order accuracy 10/10 quality 10/10 wait time 0. Just straight awesome. cannoli spread! O MY LAWD
Great bagels and great cream cheese selection. You can get a 5% discount if you pay in cash. The everything bagel is awesome.
I’ve been a customer for over a year now, tasty bagels and so on, but the amount of cream cheese is getting smaller and smaller. When i pay 4.35 for cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese I expect more than that.
Bagels are good and it’s the closest bagel shop to me but the service is so bad that the short walk to the next bagel shop seems like the only option. A bagel with cream cheese takes at least 10 minutes to get. There are like 15 people working at a time and most of the time there are only at most 4 customers in the place. I get online orders are popular but the staff is running around like the line is out the door and everyone is ordering a dozen bagels. Literally every single time I’ve had to pay, either I have an issue or the person in front of me has an issue. It’s the same cashier and the same issues and the workers all come over to try and help and there is like 3 people looking at a screen while people are waiting. And than they’re constantly switching bagels from bag to bag because they don’t know what is what and whose is whose. Management is not existent at this place but is greatly needed. At least one person needs to know what is going on at all times. Instead you have 15 people running around aimlessly. Also this is my 9 dollar breakfast sandwich.
32$ bagel delivered (that’s on me for being lazy) cold due to delay past estimated time. I get it, I ordered the bagel at 10am on a Sunday. It’s gonna be delayed.First thing on the order printout is “PUT BACON on side.” It’s my fault. This is the 3rd and last time this place messes up my order.Nope
I’ve been all over the country and let me tell you there’s nothing like a New York City bagel. Recommend.
I have never been able to successfully order from this location. Both times I've tried I placed an order, waited an hour, then got an alert that my order would be delayed for another hour. When I tried to call the restaurant (at the number listed) I got a message saying this number wasn't available. They shouldn't offer online ordering at all if they are not able/willing to actually accommodate it.
Only order from them if you want the phone ignored when you call and the bagels take and hour and a half. So only do that if you like that kind of thing. Never againI felt so bad for the driver.
Placed an order on a quiet Saturday on DoorDash. After 90 minutes, they didn’t have the order even prepared. The delivery guy waited 40 minutes for the order. Management didn’t handle their mistake well, was very rude when I inquired where it was. Won’t ever order from this place again.
