Boulis cafe is one of those gems which never disappoints. The servive is always impeccable, the baklava: divine, and sitting outside with an espresso in the sun, is worth half a dozen meditation sessions.The biscuits and actually everything about this place feels like home, and I'm not even Greek o.o
Authentic little coffee shop. Clients sitting in the sun and talking in Greek. They have American and Greek desserts and coffee.The freshest Loukoumades I ate on this side of the Atlantic Ocean! The price is very reasonable too!

Friendly staff. My first time having spinach pie and it was ok. I dunno if it's average quality or this is indeed the best version of the pie out of others. The Loukoimades(small, 6pcs) were great. They give a generous cup of syrup to dip them into it. They taste like funnel cake but better. The texture inside is the same, the outside is soft like a donut. I also had a small Greek Coffee, which was an expresso shot. A lot of coffee grounds was a left in the cup. I didn't really care for it too much. I do want try the other pastries in there. I went there at noon on a Monday, basically no traffic, cars or people. I recommend this place ?
Great spot for Greek treats and taste of the neighborhood. The staff is friendly and there are always lots of Greek folks sitting outside and hanging out with friends or family. For a while I thought they didn't have the loukoumades, but its because they make them fresh to order each time. They are decadent and delicious. Their spinach pie is my favorite I've had, and their melomakarona cookies are good too.
For such a small establishment, this coffee shop is very good. Excellent coffee. Pastries and finger food to munch on in the summer. Another Astoria secret where you can sit, relax, have a nice coffee or expresso.
Loukoumades, baklava, orange cake and coffee; you can never go wrong with any of their pastries.
I really enjoyed their Freddo Capuccino! It was also my first time trying the traditional Greek donuts (Loukoumades) and I was beyond impressed with the flavor. I took some home for my family and they also enjoyed it. There is nice outdoor seating as well. Highly recommended!
Baklava is made very well and for a great price
This cafe has amazing food and the most friendly staff! All their pastries look so good and I'm never sure what to get but the staff is always happy to recommend something to me. Can't go wrong with with spinach pie and the Loukoumades!
