Been to the other Blend in LIC so why not try Astoria. TBH completely honest all 3 drinks had little to no alcohol. Our group was joking that you’d need to consume 100 each drinks to catch a buzz. The food was enjoyable. My steak was yummy. My sister liked her chicken dish. My wife didnt love the pernil but I ate it the next day with eggs on top. No complaints from me but ive been labeled a garbage disposal so i’ll eat anything according to my loved ones. Decor and vibes were dope. Really nice design. For a restaurant to be called Blend you would think there would be more of a music blend. Play some hip hop, r&b etc. It was strictly reggaeton which is ok but a mix would be nicer. I would definitely come back again but will be drinking elsewhere prior.

Iâve been to Blend Astoria over a dozen times ; after work , for private events upstairs , girls night , etc. I find a common thread with the lack of service and courtesy on behalf of the snobby servers at this specific location. Perhaps considering new methods of making visits here more of an experience other than just a reserve and dine-in. Yesterday my pregnant sister specifically asked if there were any mocktails or any drinks other than soda with no alcohol- server proceeds and says no and continues to ask myself and everyone else at the table what we would like to drink. I was the only one ready since I always get the same cocktail, she skips over my 7 year old daughtersâ request and as the 2 additional friends werenât ready with their option that exact second , server proceeds and says âIâll put in your drink Iâll come back for the rest.â Now why would I want you to skip my 7 year old, pregnant sister and additional 2 friends (of which are frequent diners at blend) to place just my drink order? How about perhaps offering fresh juice alternatives to the child and pregnant guest? & maybe offering just a minute more for my 2 friends to gather their thoughts? Itâs the small things. Iâve worked in food, motor sales/client services for over a decade - there are so many ways to make a dining experience exceptional with just small gestures. Nonetheless, the food and drinks are always amazing. The busboys are my favorite. You can always catch them on the go as theyâre so quickly courteous and responsive to just even a request for a new straw.
Very good service. No worries about parking there is a paid parking lot right across the road. The food was excellent.

The place is beautiful and the ambiance is very inviting. The cleanliness of the restaurant is superb. Everyone is very welcoming and attentive. The food and drinks were very good, and the portions are very filling. A place I definitely recommend and I most certainly will be back.
Had a great time. Waitress was efficient, food was good, ambiance was satisfying and looking forward to going back.
Disgusting food. Overcooked, tasted burnt and nothing more. Pina Colada came melted. Short rib Lomo was tough to eat. Never ever coming back. Almost cursed out the person for recommending this place to me. We will both never return to such a place.
I flew in from Houston to see my best friend, I havenât seen in her in 10 years! She was excited to take me here..We had reservations, waited for at least 15 minutes to be acknowledge by our waitress !! Service sucked but when that food finally came out!! It was so good!! So thanks to the chef â¤ï¸
