Blackbird's wings and burgers compete with any bar and grill in Western Queens.Their ingredients are fresh, their chips, fries, and tots are made to order. If it's comfort food you desire, then this place does the job well. If its vegetarian dining or fish tacos with avocado-black bean salsa-guac nachos you desire, Blackbirds delivers. If its a tasty pint you want to go along with steak and potatoes you will be satisfied. Their bar boasts a wide variety on tap from the Americas and Europe. Blackbird's offers variety for everybody making it one of the better stops in Astoria for friends and family.
Such a cozy atmosphere with a beautifully integrated outdoor patio. Darts, food and drink specials, and very friendly and attentive service highlighted our date night. It had been a few years since we'd been there and we will most certainly be back soon!
