Used drive thru. Purchased medium iced cappuccino. Service was a little slow but friendly. However, price was at least 45¢ more than any other Tim Hortons!
Ordered a sausage and cheese biscuit, the sausage undercooked and Irene tried to give me another undercooked sandwich. I've ordered this all the time. She then tells me that they all just came out the oven. I asked for a refund. Sweethome and Sheridan smh
Very slow I had to wait in the drive thru line for 30 minutes also very mean I do not recommend you coming to this Tim Hortons.
Was a busy time however the staff was efficient and friendly
Employees need a little more education on using the card and promotions. Went through with a special on a muffin but was charged full price. When I asked I was told they aren’t really told how to do it.

Worst location in WNY. Ridiculous wait times for drive thru. 20-30 min average for a coffee. Avoid this place like the plague, gone downhill in the last year.
Went here today for breakfast and the drive-thru employees were arguing with each other and it took forever for four coffees two donuts and 3 snack wraps to come out they shorted me a snack wrap and all of the coffees had spoiled creamer in them and it seriously had me sick all day needless to say won't be coming back to this Tim Hortons ever again this is the third time they messed up my order in as many weeks.
Asked for no whipped cream on my hot chocolate but found it had whipped cream when I was a mile down the road. Service was fast and friendly
By far slowest Tim ho in wny ,,go between noon -2pm and you will wait 20minutes in drive thru ,,so brutal
