corned beef hash taste really bland and weird, Taste like boil ham. Second one is “French toast”, super chewy. The omelette is puffy…..
I love the pancake house it’s definitely my go to breakfast spot. My fave is the buttermilk pancakes. Staff is always friendly. The other day I stopped in and it was very hot inside. It was about 80 degrees and there was no AC on. I also suggest that Turkey kielbasa be added to the menu other than that I love that place.
Great pancakes and French toast
Customer service is Amazing, very clean restaurant. Lots of variety.Only con is that the eggs and sausage combo serving size was just so small. Now this came with 3 hotcakes.... Those hotcakes were awesome. Just wished they added a couple of slices of toast and breakfast potatoes.Def will come back but order something different (:
The pancakes are absolutely amazing! The price was a little expensive but definitely worth it.
We waited 20 minutes for a table. Then we waited over 45 minutes for all the food except for the Dutch Baby, which took over an hour. We know that the Dutch Baby usually takes up to 30 minutes but never an hour. Our waitress, Jessica, apologized but we did not feel as if she really empathized or cared. She did not even bring us syrup for the pancakes, nor offer us ketchup or hot sauce, etc for the food. Multiple tables that were seated after us in our vicinity were served before us. And the restaurant or the waitress could’ve showed a little appreciation for our business by even putting one dish on the house. Jessica also mistakenly added an extra order of bacon and did not remove it from the bill. When we pointed it out, she said she had already removed it from the bill. Well, how are we supposed to know if it’s still on the bill? It should have been removed from the bill before the bill was handed to us without an explanation. You’ll see on the receipt attached that it was removed. Being the only Chinese customers in the entire restaurant, and having had a bad experience, and surrounded by caucasians who were better serviced than us by the same waitress, we cannot help but feel discriminated against. After telling the cashier about our experience as I paid at the front, all the cashier said was sorry. I’ve never before left a restaurant without tipping but there’s always a first time for everything.It’s a shame because all of our dishes was decent and the coffee was delicious, which is the only reason I’m leaving two stars. However, the Dutch Baby was already deflated by the time it was served, which defeats the purpose because the customer should see it inflated, as a sign of freshly cooked Dutch Baby.
Seriously the nastiest food I've ever had while eating out. Food was cold, burnt and had the weirdest flavor to it. The prices are crazy high for no reason. Don't make the mistake of using the bathroom while you're here. Apart from the very nice waitress we had, everything about this restaurant was just gross.

Visiting family in Buffalo and were lucky enough to have breakfast at the Original Pancake House. The pancakes were fresh, light and delicious. Service was great. I wish this place was on Long Island.
I absolutely love Pancake House. Their food is delicious and they have some unique menu items. Whenever we dine in, the service is excellent. However, I've been disappointed on multiple occasions to discover that there is no takeout option offered. They currently have a sign saying that they are offering takeout and on Google it says curbside pick up is available. Yet when we call to place an order, there is a message saying they are not doing takeout orders. Guess we are taking our breakfast business elsewhere. What a shame!
