We asked for two Center-Cut SIRLOIN, but the waitress brought us Chicken fingers instead. She didn’t even apologize for her mistake and insisted that’s what we asked for. We ended up eating the chicken fingers because we were hungry and didn’t want to escalate the issue.
First time trying curbside here. They bungled my order and didn't include some of my things. Presentation for curbside was kind of sad. Mashed potatoes just thrown into box. Other places use individual cups for these types of things. Food did taste good, but the little things added up enough I won't be getting curbside here again.
Took my goddaughter and grandgodson out as was much little man's choice. Our waiter chise nit to be our waiter and the girl that took care of us was much better. She said he had to leave....strange, he was still there when we left. Non-issue other than the lie. We enjoyed our food and luckily weren't squeezed next to others. Hadn't been there in yrs. They used to have a drink called the chocolate monkey which also had rum in it. Bummer, no longer part of the menu.
Overall the experience was good. My son was disappointed that they no longer have french onion soup, as he really wanted that for his birthday. Everything else was great, the hostess was very kind and helpful and the food was very good.

A party of 14 and after saying to wait 30 min for a table and we actually waited the 30 min to be seated, someone came to us and told us they cannot serve us because they dint have enough people to serve us. Like you don’t know that at first please before making us wait. And the restaurant was almost empty. I wish I can give you 0 stars. Don’t waste your time coming here

We had a gift card so we decided to stop in for lunch. It had been years since we were here last. Our sandwiches and fries we very tasty. The employees were friendly and attentive. Great place for lunch.
I’ve been coming here for 10+ years and have never had a bad experience, until yesterday. They had a greeter who looked like she should work at Hot Topic, with raccoon make-up and many piercings on her face. She took me to my table didn’t even say hello put the menu on the table and walked away. My waitress came to my table was very unfriendly and didn’t even appear she wanted to be there. She didn’t ask how my meal was until after I was basically done with my meal and then when she gave me my bill and thenshe just walked away she didn’t even say goodbye. The service at this restaurant, at least today, was horrible. I’m never going back .
Always great. Chicken strips and green beans awesome. Could have been more vegan friendly options.
I was the person who fainted here today after donating blood in the mall (drink your water, kids!). My meal was great and I appreciated how helpful and caring the employees here were while we waited for the paramedics. For all I know they might have saved my life, everyone here deserves a raise!
