Two separate locations, two separate days I ordered a Cinnamon Dolce Latte that did not come with whipped cream. I asked the Barista if whipped cream is included with the drink and she said yes. I asked why Starbucks does not want to include whipped cream and why they don’t want to just because they are busy. I’m paying for whipped cream, I shouldn’t have to check my drink. She said that she doesn’t think that’s it. I then said then you don’t know the product. She said I won’t let you talk to me that way. Open your lid. I said nevermind, I’ll talk to corporate and she said okay. Update: when you “whipped cream” that means there are no Cinnamon Dolce Sprinkles which is also paid for
Their Vanilla Cream Cold Brew did took quite a while to prep when the Double Bacon and Egg sandwich was just in a couple of minutes. Both are as good as you would expect them to be for almost $12. Atmosphere is great, but slightly disappointed that the seats are all wood and no cushions. Also much warmer inside than it is outside.
The drive-thru line is annoying because you're basically lining up in a busy parking lot that has a lot of traffic, due to other businesses in the plaza. Line can get very long and even with mobile orders can go slow. Inside wait is also quite long. If you've got somewhere to be, either put your order in well in advance or go somewhere else. The staff are very nice and quality of items is great and the inside is clean, it's just really the wait time that warrants a 4-star.
Very busy location. Friendly service whether you choose drive-thru or in-person ordering. Have never been disappointed with my food or drink.
Stopped by at the drive away. Service was quick. Staff was very friendly. Smooth and fast transaction.
I just had another great experience at this Starbucks location! Went through the drive they with a not so simple drink order and the barista who took my order and cashed me out was patient and friendly and my drink is PERFECT! YUM!
I went thru the drivethru for a medicine ball tea. I was informed that they did not have the ingredients to make it. I had to spend 27 minutes waiting in the line for literally NOTHING because they block you in with concrete borders so I had to sit there and wait for everyone in front of me to be served because forward is the only way to get out of the trap
The drive thru is always very long and busy. The staff is not familiar with some of the drinks and will often mess up your order.
It's a sad situation as I happen to have enjoyed this store on several occasions unfortunately as of recently they had failed to honor their store hours closing substantially early today it is listed that they'll be open until 9:00 p.m. but have shut the door at 3:00 p.m. not sure what's been going on but this location has been steadily going downhill for months now.
I love this Starbucks location, especially their outdoor seating in the summer time. I also remember they were the only Starbucks that was open when covid first hit. What a great dedicated employees!!!
