Not like before now it has a Greasy smell tables not clean very slow service even food doesn’t taste well ordered last time chocolate croissant the taste was burnt from inside
To anyone working there today thank you just for showing up, whatever they're paying you to deal with the entire 65+ population in upstate New York during lunch is not enough. Despite the difficult customers ahead of me, they still made my sandwich with love and got it out in a timely manner.
Ordered a CHICKEN Cesar salad…. But apparently Chris Angel must work there and made the chicken disappear. I tried calling back twice and they never picked up…. I’m hungry ?
We love Panera Bread. The food is constantly good across franchises. We seek out Panera for lunch whenever we travel.
Typical Panera. Service was decent but not generally efficient. I order the Mediterranean veggie sandwich and corn chowder soup. Both were tasty enough. My guests had the strawberry salad, which they enjoyed. Restaurant was clean.
Ordered a BLT Turkey Sandwich and they didn't even add bacon biggest let down ever..
Can you PLEASE add the Green Goddess salad to Ubereats?!?!?! Why isn’t it on there? I called to ask and they didn’t know and couldn’t substitute it out
We ordered online for curbside pickup. Got there and no designated curbside spaces. We drove to the order window and were told they couldn’t take care of us. We had to park anywhere and call. Problem is we had called earlier and after it rang about thirty times, it disconnects. Tried parking in front at 3pm ( not a busy time) and called. Same thing, rang about thirty times so I went in. Every employee was standing around talking. No sense of service. We have been to other Paneras and they are MUCH better in every way. Not the first issue with this location! I’d advise you to visit another branch.
Some of the tastiest food no matter what time of day. ☕️? One of our favorites is the Vanilla Cinnamon Rolls. It’s hard to eat only one.
Never again will I get food from Panera! The pictures below show you what I ordered vs what I got. It’s an embarrassment to serve something like they did. I paid $12 for this. Unbelievable. I also ordered the turkey bacon sandwich which was a sandwich with turkey, cheese, lettuce. They must have been out of bacon that day. People are getting ripped off. Just close down if you can’t guarantee what you have on your menu. I’d give them a zero if I could. And this has nothing to do with the pandemic. This Panera has been like this for years. The only thing guaranteed not to be messed up is the macaroni and cheese. Horrible food! I ended up feeding the chicken to my dog. No one needs to risk food poisoning from the looks of that chicken.
