EXCELLENT. They closed most of our paneras in Ontario & stopped here when we came over. So fresh, so filling. A perfect middle ground when you want something fresh & fast without wanting a full sit down meal. Sandwich & Mac & cheese was amazing.
I love Panera but I cannot stand this cafe there is always a problem if you aren’t getting your meal “for here”. Curbside always turns into me having to go in to get my food, pizzas are never cut and somehow always cold even if I get there at the projected time. there’s never silverware in my to go bag. It’s just frustrating
Everything fine but not a coffee. If you are a coffee person it's not a place where you can enjoy your hot coffee. I've tried, but ? no no no. Always almost cold, bitter because stand there for hours, so just no.
I ordered take out with a few friends and the food came cold, unappetizing, and not at all good! We ordered a flatbread pizza, a blueberry muffin, wild rice and chicken soup, green goddess salad, and few other things. The flatbread pizza and soup both came colder than an iceberg. The salad's sauce container wasn't even capped, resulting in the sauce to spill over. On top of that, the salad was not fresh with the lettuce in brownish dark red colors. The blueberry muffin and the baguette that came were both harder than rocks. We got a bowl sized soup but instead of filling the container, it was more 3/4 filled (perhaps not even). I love Panera and go to the location near my house regularly. However, this location is not good at preparing the food. Will not be coming here again.
I love that they deliver to N.T. Always great deals. Live Tuesday's vakers dozen bagel deal! Asiago Bagels are delicious.
I would never go back to another Panera again. I found a hair in my food it long black and thick, I have red hair. I was moving the rice and it was entangled with that bottom layer of rice. Do they now wear hair nets? I drove 25 minutes to the nearest one for my order and when I got home and found the hair they never answered the phones. So now today I’m driving back with the order I saved. I need a refund and something for the inconvenience. Why is no one answering the phone. Hair nets? Ugh.
Wow guys and gals!! I'm happy to report that Panera prices have skyrocketed the portions have plummeted. The best part is if you order the turkey sandwich the meat comes pre chewed up by one of there helpful employees. Manga friends?

Ordered the steak sub whole tomatoes lettuce cheese I live 45 away I should of check half sub and just a little dry shavings horrible horrible I ordered few other things which was fine wish I can post my pic..
My son and I went there for lunch and a place for him to do some school work on his laptop. It was pretty busy so when a booth opened up, it was dirty (understandable). An employee who was running around the dining room noticed my son wiping it down and immediately came over to take over and clean the table. With the lack of good customer service these days, I was super impressed at how attentive she was. Her name is Ali. Thank you for a pleasant experience. It's nice to see somebody enjoy their job.
