I am a Canadian visiting Olive Garden and it’s almost just like East Side Mario’s (Canadian Chain). The food was pretty decent and staff was lovely. Overall pretty happy with the food and the appetizer “Stuffed Ziti Fritta” was very delicious.Would definitely recommend visiting this place at least once.
I went with my family today and it seems that Olive Garden personal are not aware of what their menu is offering. If you buy an entree, according to their menu, you can get a salad. We order 2 entries and they only brought 1 salad bowl. We asked for the second and they denied to bring it. We called the manager and he said that they usually bring only one to the table. We asked for the second bowl since we paid for 2 not for one and once again they denied it. The waitress did not bring the appetizers until the end after we finished eating, and then she was coming every 5 minutes asking us if we want to pack our food when we were still eating. Not recommended the place. They need to learn to comply with the things they are offering!!!!
Food was okay this time, the server very pleasant untill we ordered. My partner and I both ordered the pick your own. Her behavior seemed to immediately change. She was very pleasant and friendly with all the other tables around us. We usually have great service but not today. Plus my salad was mostly that nasty hard part of the direct center of lettuce. 2 giant pieces the size of my fist also my ginger ale was flat. The server seemed so annoyed I didn't bother to change the salad or get a refill. Other than the salad, drink and her demeanor our meal was great. The chicken fritt was very crispy and nice.
Went to the Olive Garden at Maple the food was good,however, the waitress(new) dumped and entire drink all over me. She was sweet , apologizing, but the manager never showed to help clean me up ( my clothes were soaked) to ask if I needed assistance, or offer to make my meal free. I did get a free dessert to take home. I really feel the manager should have been visible during this episode. I won't be back

Today our server was Monica at the Maple Road location and she handled our large party EXCELLENTLY!! She was knowledgeable, friendly, and very efficient!!!! Thank you Monica for making our mom/grandma's birthday dinner so wonderful! The food was SUPERB!!! And your service was even better.
I boycott Olive Garden when Carrabba's opened long time ago. My out of town sisters brought me back here the other day and It has really changed for the better. Especially the menu was so different than I remember. Food was great. There was 8 of us including 3 crazy kids and one waitress took care of us with ease she was great!
Always a pleasure coming back to Olive Garden! Big portions for their entrées. Great service and we got our food right away. You get unlimited salad or soup or breadsticks which was really filling. Overall food and drinks tasted great. Tried some of their new featured cocktails and they did not disappoint. Can't wait for our next visit.
I enjoyed the food and the service was amazing; we didn't have a reservation our date-night and the restaurant was very busy, but we were able to get a table in less then 5mins. Our server (her name was Logan) made our experience amazing ? ??, my fiance and I REALLY enjoyed our experience there.
Food was good, when we could get it. Went for lunch on non busy Saturdayand we got the unlimited soup salad and breadsticks. Never was asked by our waitress Linda how things were, if we wanted refills on our drinks or food. We had to flag her down anytime we wanted more of our servings (which were visibly empty as she walked past to her only 2 other tables). When we (and over hearing the tables behind us) did get her attention, she was rude and acted bothered that we asked her for refills.
