My husband and I have been traveling to Buffalo, NY for medical treatment and in our down time we tried out a bunch of local restaurants. This has been by far one of my absolute favorite restaurants I've ever been to. Their hotpot broths are so unbelievably delicious. I love the stylish seating and the big screen TV with music playing while guests eat. The staff are pretty friendly as well. I've been to a few other hot pot restaurants, but none of them do I love as much as this place. Now every time I visit Buffalo I HAVE to stop here! 10/10
The broth was so delicious! I got the split pot with half mushrooms base broth and half "mala" spicy broth. The veggie platter is a good choice to go with if you don't know what veggies to get. The pork belly and beef was delicious and took no time at all to cook, the enoki mushrooms were delicious and so were the rice cakes. Left with very full very happy bellies. Definitely coming back in the winter for a warm pot of soup lol
I have to give this place a 5 star for 25 buck eat all you want with large portions excellent flavors. Super nice waitress very clean.A+++
Everything was extremely fresh!! We really enjoyed the experience.
Couldn’t wait for an opportunity to revisit after quarantine! As always the service was great! Quick, knowledgeable and above all, friendly! There was another group but were seated away, it was nice to have our own area and not be so close to another group. After pretty much ordering everything on the menu ( for hot pot), our table was overflowing. The sauce bar was closed but the server gave us paper to indicate which ones we would like and she brought them too us.As this was my sons’ 1st visit, he chose cuttlefish and some type of fish balls. He thoroughly enjoyed it all. We did order the scallion pancake, which was fresh and perfect in every way!Since it wasn’t buffet, we were able to bring all leftovers home, YAY!Please disregard the previous grumpy Gus review, this place is worth every penny! Every time!
Really good food, friendly non-intrusive service, excellent Covid precautions in place so we felt comfortable and safe. My kids were restless so maybe not a great place for kids who can't sit still, but they loved it and begged to go back soon. We had taro pancakes as a starter, beef, chicken, tofu, bok choy, glass noodles, and lotus in two types of broth. The taro pancakes were a unanimous favorite.
Wow, what an experience! Unforgettable dinner. Quality ingredients.
I love this place so much. They are pricey but worth it.
Ordered orange chicken and spicy shredded potato..... let’s just say this place went down hill since the virus hit the orange chicken was absolutely disgusting. Dry soggy cheap quality meat. The white rice tasted like dish water the cheapest rice you can buy. The hot and sour shredded potato was made wrong and was disgusting it use to be good here the chef put 1,000 coriander seeds so every bite was overwhelming nasty they used red onion green pepper and almost whole garlic cloves... it’s a simple dish supposed to be potato white onion garlic chili’s vinegar and chili oil. Very unhappy I wasted my money should have went to koreana or jasmine Thai.
I wasn't sure if I'd like this place at first but I've been four times since. Make sure you ask how it works. Great food
