I rarely comment or leave a review but this has to be the worst experience i have had with a pizzeria. Ordered at 630pmTriple order of wingsDouble order off chicken fingersWas told it be 30min. Show up at 706pm to pickup food. Girl behind counter say 10 more min on the wings....I said no problem. Waited at the counter to be called. 45min passes with no indication of order being ready. I asked how much longer same girl who was at counter grabs it from the shelf that it was sitting for the last 1hr...poor service. Wouldnt come back to this location
What were they thinking? We ordered a large pizza, half cheese + pepperoni, half Hawaiian. Look at the pile of toppings we removed from just a few Hawaiian slices. Half of this pizza was inedible - beware ordering Hawaiian at this location! Shame! $30 wasted
This is a order of wings I picked up tonight from La Novas on Main Street in Williamsville. They told me 30 mins I called to place order at 9:56pm I walked into the pizzeria at 1016 when the girl handed me the box it was leaking everywhere when I opened the box this is what it looked like. The wings were ice cold I then asked them what time they close me thinking they closed at 10pm but nope 11pm I said these should not look like that. The girl behind the counter told me she would have them make me fresh ones over. When I got the 2nd order from them they were the same exact wings I had to begin with and still were freezing cold. The person who made them should be fired. I’m disgusted with La novas I do not recommend eating from here.
Clean welcoming place. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Grace is very personable. She is such a sweetheart. The chicken & broccoli pizza was fresh and delicious. The broccoli was cooked perfect- not overcooked. The wings really are special. They are grilled and the sauces are just so scrumptious. Love supporting a family business. When in town I will definitely visit again.
I was greatly disappointed ordered a n.y.er c/p. It looked like it was burned. Very little sauce, dry ,very little cheese, not stringy at all. Pepperoni no little pockets of grease. Crust dry. Looked like it was left from lunch and they tried to reheat it. I was so disappointed. Hadn't had it in awhile so looking forward to it. If I ever go back I'll tell them not to burn it I want one made fresh, n put sauce on it n cheese.?
Awesome pizza. They always have a few different kind of pies available, ready to buy a slice or two of your choice. The slices are huge. Fast service, especially at lunch. So if you have a time crunch to get a bite for lunch, you won't have a long wait to get your food. You won't be disappointed. One of the best places for pizza in Western NY.
Ordered cheese pizza with Light Sauce, comes drenched in sauce. Nothing more frustrating when exactly what you DONT want on the pizza is what you get. Especially when specifically ask for it and it's $30 for a cheese pizza. My son hates extra saucy and he won't eat it. Also extremely floppy and undercooked. Won't be going back
I ordered pizza & extra crispy mild wings. The pizza cheese was like rubber, the crust was too thin & everything was sliding off. The wings were somewhere in the medium - hot range, too hot to be mild. This isn't the 1st time. And it's not like I live close nearby. Why should I pay premium prices for not-so-premium food. I'll have to find a closer pizzeria.
When door dash had a problem la novas made it right. We really appreciate that. And food is always amazing. Definitely five stars. Never had a problem with this place of so they make it right. Best pizza and wings around.
Perfect pizza, it is not like ny style, it's a but thicker. Not too much sauce and just enough cheese so it doesn't flop. The wings were hot, too spicy for me, but my husband likes them like that, our fingers were BBQ and grilled, that's how I like them.
