I was in this particular KFC yesterday, July 25th, 2022 at about 4:30 p.m. and was helped by a gentleman named Ronnie. I do not know if Ronnie was management or not, but his help was exceptional. I told him that I had been having problems trying to get exactly what I wanted in the three-piece meals, even if I was willing to pay extra. The Kentucky fried Chicken franchise on Cayuga rd. near the Buffalo airport had always been exceptionally rude to me per my request when I was even willing to pay extra, so I stopped patronizing them. I even called a couple of days ago to the Cayuga franchise just to double check with the creeps at the Cayuga location, as it's nearer to my home. Whoever answered the phone at the Cayuga KFC location rudely rejected me once again. With the closest KFC location to my home on Transit road near Maple having closed, getting KFC now has been difficult. When Ronnie at this Bailey location asked me what I was looking to get, I said I simply wanted to get two three-piece meals with chicken thighs only please, original recipe. He said no problem. When I asked what the extra charge would be, Ronnie said there'd be no extra charge, as I obviously I wasn't asking for all breasts or anything like that. I just want to say that when I thanked Ronnie and he said to me "Of course. We always look to please our customers." it put a real big smile on my face! WOW! To find someone like Ronnie who understands what good customer service means and how it can increase an establishments business really impressed me! I've been retired for years, but if I still owned my restaurants, I would have wanted Ronnie to be put in a supervisory management position watching over all of them! I hope the owner of this establishment understands and appreciates Ronnie. Thank you again Ronnie! I look forward to coming back in the near future and I wish you and yours well.

Spicy Chicken burgers are good. I tried Nashville chicken tenders, it was a bit oily but the taste was nice. And the popcorn nuggets are literally waste of purchasing. I felt like some leftover chicken was mixed with flour and made nuggets(there was more flour than chicken)-not recommended at all. Service is good. Ambience is okay and the place is always busy so not that clean as expected.

I was door dashing at this location yesterday and had to unassign two orders because of the staff here. As multiple other complaints say, the wait time was absurd. I had an order for one item and they told me it would be 25 minutes because they were out of chicken! WHAT?! You’re Kentucky Fried CHICKEN!In regards to the staff behavior, I have seen sloths move faster. Literally there were 5 workers SLOWLYYYYY walking around the kitchen. There was no greeting, no eye contact, no contact whatsoever until I leaned over the counter and requested my order. The woman with the purple hair was the worst. Leaning on a counter by the drive thru window with her back to me. People were getting irate in the drive thru. She and one other woman were rolling their eyes, mocking and swearing about the frustrated customers. On the second order, one male worker told me there was not enough crispy chicken and that the manager told him something. I don’t even remember what he was told because I was so frustrated at that point. But, if one of those girls was the manager, the owner needs to do something. Based on their extreme unprofessional behavior, I don’t think any of them are re-trainable. I took inconspicuous videos after I realized the second order (hours after the first unassigned order) was going to take 30 minutes. I did contact Door Dash support regarding this merchant. I would love for the owner to reach out so I can send them the videos I took. I will not be accepting any orders that require me to go to this location.

I was very appreciative to the young man who came out to our car to inform us that certain items would be a longer wait time and offered us replacement items instead. This was very kind and thoughtful. Our food is wonderful. The smiles around the dinner table say it all.. Thank you for your kindness.Sheila Phillips

Horrible experience! Went through drive-tru, order a family meal 12pcs. The lady at the speaker tells me it would be 15 for fries, I said okay, moved forward to wait after paying for my order. 45 minutes later, the lady who took the payment came out to have a smoke next to my car. I rolled down the window and asked her about my order. She replied "I said it was 15 minutes for fries after the chicken comes up", I showed her the receipt and pointed out that it's been 45 minutes, now while we are talking she is smoking a cigarette and blowing the smoke inside my car. She then offered 2 different sides instead of fries, but she didn't know what sides she had available. So she goes back in, and I follow her so I can just get my money back. Now, when I walked in, I didn't expect to see the lobby full of people arguing with the employees due to waiting for so long. Now the lady is asking to refund my order and the cook replies to her that my food has been sitting in a bag for more than 30 minutes ? and yes there was fries inside the bag but they were drenched in oil.

chicken sandwich prices raised by a dollar and the chicken is half the size. Doesn't even come close to what it used to be.

WENT TO YOUR PLACE OF BUSINESS ON 3/5/22 . MY ORDER WERE 2 CHICKEN SANDWICHES ?? AND 6 CHICKEN ?? WINGS.I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR FOOD.WAS VERY ? NASTY AND HARD AS HELL.MADE MY STOMACH ?.YOU WON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT GETTING MY SERVICE AGAIN. I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY HAVEN'T CLOSED YOUR KFC PLACE DOWN. I GUESS PEOPLE NEED A JOB TO LIVE. I SUGGEST YOU UP ?? YOUR STEPSIN SERVING BETTER FOOD.?????.. GOOD LUCK ? IN THE FURTURE.

Fresh..had to wait a bit and she brought the order out... fresh and tasty. My cat Bert gives the thumbs up.!

The cashier who was working 1/20/22 at 5pm needs to be fired. Extremely ghetto, rude, and lazy. Was extremely rude and ghetto immediately before we even attempted to place our order, screaming angrily in the mic the whole time. It only got worse when we attempted to pay for our order. The register she was using was broken and instead of cashing us out with the other register like we asked, she refused to even attempt to service us unless we got out the car to see if the other register possibly worked better. It was extremely embarrassing, I brought a youth there who has mobility issues and can not be left in the car alone. Sadly I had to take the youth home hungry. Maybe I could understand if there was a line but there was not one other person there. You would think someone would be willing to their job but I guess that’s not the case.

The Worst young female I have ever encountered. I went around 3:15 pm on 1/20/2022. To order the Thurs special for $9..99 (Chicken Only) She said No such thing repeatedly to me..I said I've come here before for the Thursday special and she No I haven't because they Never Ever had that Special! I went to my car to Google it and came across a different Thursday special 7pc for $11.99 . Without even looking at my phone she said it's not us!! I said your lying . Because I've come here a few times before on Thursday's.I have came every Thursday for Special!!She is a poor manager, who do not know how to relate or speak with customers.!! I'm surprised KFC would hire her to represent them especially in Management!! Worst Customer Service I have ever encountered at KFC!!
