First time at Chili’s, I chose the big mouth crispy chicken sandwich and added onions, it was really good! A little bit lacking in the lettuce, but it was still really good! The chicken was juicy and the sauce was sooo yummy! Hubby chose the brisket burger and regretted after taking a bite of mine, but it was also really great as well, just too meaty for our tastes. The fries were kind of meh. Service was friendly and welcoming. They have seltzers too!
My sister and I had the pleasure of visiting this location recently.I unfortunately have a bunch of allergies, and try not to eat out as much as possible because I know what a hassle it can be for service staff to have to work around.Immediately our server Stephanie was committed in making sure I was taken care of, and was offering multiple different options for me. I felt bad having them make something so custom, however Dan from the kitchen actually came out and assured me it was no issue and that he would alter whatever he could so I could enjoy my meal.I can honestly say this experience was one of the best experience's i've had dining out since I was burdened with my allergies recently. Stephanie and Dan went out of their way to make sure I felt like I wasn't being a bother, and seemed so happy to help me out.I will be making a point going forward to eat at this location every time we cross the border!!
Fantastic lunch today! Service, food and the margaritas - all 10/10 stars! We had the trio fajitas and they were cooked to perfection. Highly recommend this location. We will be back soon! ??
Make your own meal, chicken extremely chrispy and flavorful the corn tasted so authentic. Fajitas were a miss.

standard food. as a chain it's sort of the same across the board one location to the next which has its pros.only thing that was sort of "meh" was i ordered the sampler platter appetizer and was only given one southwest eggroll. for the cost, that kind of sucked. also, if you can order takeout on the app do it that way instead of calling in; way less opportunity for human error.lastly, the parking lot is kind of a mess. the rocks from the "landscape" are everywhere on the sidewalk and parking area and not where they should be. be careful, especially if you or someone you're dining with has mobility issues. it's an accident waiting to happen which is a shame since it would take a staff member literally 10 minutes to tidy up a bit.also, doesn't seem as polite as other local locations. could be just catching staff at a bad moment but still, it doesn't take too much to force manners in a service position and as someone who has worked it all, remember, your behavior towards guests has a direct impact on the sorts of tips you receive.
Chillii's consistently provides good quality food with great service. Clean property and reasonable prices also.
Really good service. The food was delicious and canned to us in an efficient and timely manner. Staff was very welcoming, definitely recommend coming there for lunch or any other time.
Hostess was cold and did not talk as she lead us to our table. Our server was pleasant but had the very long acrylic nails which should be banned from any food service jobs. The restrooms were very dirty with toilet paper all over the floors. The kitchen also was extremely dirty with food and paper scattered all over the floor. I think the health inspector needs to visit this building. The food was Ok .I understand the restaurants are just getting back from lock down but there should be no excuse for lack of cleanliness.
Long story short, a server was disrespectful to me. My mom had the manager come over so she explained the situation. The manager agreed with us and apologized. She also discounted our meal and gave us a FREE dessert. That was completely unexpected. My mom only wanted her to speak to her employee so this wouldn't happen to someone else.
