Tonight stopped in with my husband and our Granddaughter. Our servers name was CORD, he was amazing! Being in this business for 41 years I can tell you I appreciate great service and he was just terrific! The food was spot on,but our server just that made it that much better!
Waited at host stand for at least 5 minutes before anyone even came over to greet me. Ordered a drink, then a few minutes ordered an appetizer. Got my appetizer a few minutes later. Then ordered soup and salad. Got my soup. Still no drink, 15 minutes later. Salad came a few minutes but it was a full size dinner salad which was not what I ordered, then finally my drink. Server didn't bring a water this whole time. Server never came back by to check on me. Tip...LOL
The rack of ribs was amazing. Falling off the bone. The boneless wings was horrible. But the customer service was great and the $5 drink was nothing but sour mix lol but hunny the ribs was fire
Severely understaffed took forever to get one side of mash potatoes. Waitress came by right after taking our order came back with food we didn’t order. Saw a total of 3 different servers in the 2 hours i was there. Food was amazing but service was awful.
Absolutely disrespectful staff. We waited the 15 minutes to be seated, then we sat there for 30 minutes as staff walked past us and saw us sitting there. No drinks, no appetizer, nothing. It wasn’t even busy. I honestly feel like it was purposeful. Then when we got up to leave the older woman said “Have a nice day” knowing that she had given us our menu and we had not been served. Rude.
We use to eat here quite often but stopped going because service was poor. We gave it another try because it was late and the choices were limited, basically the only things open were Applebee's or fastfood (since Covid nothing is open past 9pm)This visit did nothing to redeem the restaurant. Service was horrible, staff was rude and inconsiderate. When we arrived the restaurant was about 1/4 full we requested to be sat at a booth or low table anywhere but the high tables near the bar. (I have back injuries and those tables are extremely painful to sit at) we were told the high tables were the only available or we could wait 30 mins. Even after explaining my disability they would not accommodate and allow us to sit at one of the many open tables. We were starving so we took the high table. I ended up standing more than 1/2 the meal. It took almost 10 mins before our server came to take drink orders. She was rude and short with us. She brought our drinks and we did not see her again until 10 mins after meals were on the table (both appetizer and meals were brought to table by other servers) she did not offer us refills on drinks at any point, we had to call her over and ask.The food was bland and Luke warm. Half the staff was standing around doing nothing. The hostess was standing at the bar playing on her phone, overall staff seemed poorly managed and disorganized.
Service is very poor.went there an waited over 10 minutes to get someone to our table another 5 for menus ,then when the food came wanted refills an dipping sauce that took a good 15 minutes after already getting to get my drink but no dressing still.having to ask the lady cleaning the tables for my dressing as my server completely forgot an when i mentioned to him about it he said,well i just got a huge table come in,which is absoulutely no reason for this for service .we were there for over an hour an a half with having to wait for our server to take our order /,pickup check he kept forgetting . I wouldnt recommend this location.
The food was nasty, the utensils were dirty they had to give us plastic forks & knives because they are short staffed no dish washers at least not that day.(Thursday)The server was very nice but, we will not be returning. They just need to closed down!!!
Absolutely terrible. Dinner was cold, ordered appetizer received that after dinner that was also cold. No apologies just oh sorry I forgot. Just terrible. Will not come here again
It's Applebee's. You've probably already been here lol. Lolz aside, the food is really good though, always have some new things to pick from. The 2 for dinner meals are an amazing value as well, in a time when we are all being beat down by soaring prices of everything.
