My husband and I really like coming here. We like the food, and everyone is very nice. We also take out a lot from here. I give it 5 stars.
My review on the buffet was that it had good food, but not a lot of kinds of food. Also there was lots of flavors of ice cream, but some ice cream got mixed up. One reason it was bad was that some of the food was really hard and once the shushi ran out there was no more.
I have NEVER been to a restaurant that charges extra for it a being holiday. Today is mother's Day and we wanted to find a place where my entire family could go out to dinner. Not once did anybody mention the fact that the prices would be higher due to the fact that it's a holiday they just let us sit down and have the buffet.. We then get our bill and it's quite a bit more than expected, still with no explanation and when we ask the young lady , she couldn't understand what we were talking about but she points to this little blacked out sign where the prices normally are it says "Mother's Day Special $19.99" how the heck is that a special when their normal prices are normally lower than that. On top of that I was charged for a soda and I got a water ( I had to wait at least 7 min after everybody else got their beverages to get mine). The waitress came to our table twice, once to get beverage order and once to bring checks, never even offered to remove our empty plates, and we had 9 people in total so our table was packed....Bad experience overall and don't plan on returning or referring friends or family.
Worst experience. The Lady who was acting as a manager at the counter was super rude. This place is nasty and I am very sure if there is proper inspection from food safety they would get multiple violations as many inconsistencies were observed in the bare eyes. These people are horrible and so their service and food. Excessive use of sodium and other unhealthy materials in food which will ruin your appetite and make more profits for the owner. Also embarrassing when the server asks for more tip even though they did not come when called and brought the bill in the middle of the course unnecessarily. Moreover few family person got sick after eating here. We do not recommend this place because there are other better options for chinese food and buffet in Buffalo. The ratings they have fake because this place can not have 4 stars specially after providing this type of service and food. At least those who have visited good buffets and eateries will never rate them any good. Not recommended
Well I went here because I told a friend off mine about a situation I had once on a buffet and they referred me to this one and man what can I tell you food really hot and good better then other places I've been and the waitress was really nice I tip her 10 bucks for her good work ? ? ? ? ❤ if you looking for something nice and good this the place is good I spent 160.00 total including tips 8 people....
Just a little food in there and no restocks. I came here today at 8 and all the food was almost gone and no one restocked anything and the food was cold. I called the service and no one answered and the food was expensive

$18 + $3 for a Pepsi and taxes would cost you a little over $22 on a Sunday Afternoon with a large crowd of people inside. But they got Sushi and Hibachi (the Hibachi Chef was under the weather that resulted with the manager cooking the Hibachi for me in their place), which are quite good. They also have a wide variety of dishes to choose from and are presented to look appetizing (except the desserts. They're a bit under par). Definitely a place worth visiting again if you're ultra hungry.
The worst experience ever. Cause there was less food when I asked no response after 20 min the food came and its totally unsatisfied , the food was too salty . We came there from Canada. As i wasn’t satisfied Still I want to give tips but I was so surprised that the server was standing on the table and asking for tips like what the f…….k. It’s my choice . Search mandarin restaurant in Toronto, you will be happy to pay more tips even the cost of buffet is $35. Service was so bad
This used to be a good place to go, but now the food seem to be cold and the price has went up through the roof and there is no more senior citizens discount, this will be my last time going there, I can find cheaper places to buy cold food.
