I'm not sure what this place was before that garner such low ratings, but I found the pizza very good and reasonably priced. I've worked in pizza shops for a decade, made pizza myself and eaten lots of pizza in over 40 years. I know good and bad pizza. This was good New York style pizza. They sold slices or whole pies, sandwiches, salads, and Greek food. The only thing I would pick on is the lack of dine in seating, but this is likely a COVID measure that is temporary.
Update* ordered again tonight. Large cheese pizza with extra cheese and 10 honey bbq wings. 100% on point. Delicious and hot. Also I don’t think it even took 30 minutes to arrive. We all make mistakes but the way we handle those mistakes is what makes a good company and pizza Bella has definitely gone above and beyond.Edit*. The manager Contacted us and was more than apologetic. He ensured us this will not occur again and they resolved the issue. We were extremely impressed that they cared enough to reach out and try to make right of the situation. We will be back again.So my wife and I have been ordering from here pretty regularly for a few years now. As of late it seems like quality of the food and service has definitely dropped. The consistency of the pizza is not there. 1 time the pizza is on point and good than the next time it tastes like it’s from a whole different place. The last time we ordered a sausage peppers and onions pizza. I even spoke slowly on the phone to make sure there were no mistakes. About 45 minutes goes by and our pizza arrives and it is pepperoni sausage and onions. They even read back verbatim what I said on the phone. I called. They made our correct pizza and they picked up the old one. But it is frustrating waiting 2 hours for a pizza. The kicker is this was the time after we had ordered a special that was 13 or 14 bucks. When the pizza arrived the bill was 22 bucks. I had already paid so I just called after and they gave us a credit we had used. Don’t get me wrong they try to make right on their mistakes but the mistakes seem to be happening more and more. We will take a break ordering from here and hopefully they get it together. They used to be on point more often than not but lately not so much.
Beautiful place! Excellent customer service and excellent food. One bite of the pizza and I thought I was back home in Manhattan! Its so NYC.
Literally the best pizza I’ve had in the Albany area and I’m pretty sure my life. Usually my friends and I order pizza from here for delivery and one of the great things about this pizzeria is that they’re open till late and the delivery comes within a very reasonable time. And the pizza is still nice and warm too. Today a friend and I stopped in to grab a bow and of course the customer service exceeded our expectations. Definitely reccomend. Also try the buffalo pizza if you can. It’s *chefs kiss* :)
I’m a computer technician here working on their system, i observer Westgate Pizza Bella not only has great pizza, but the service is top notch as well. Definitely recommend!(Pictured: White Tomato)

OMG’ our flight was delayed & we stopped at Pizza Balla, The Mediterranean salad and teriyaki pizza the bomb.com I will drive two hours to come back here so delicious and very fresh and clean.. I had to remix the carrot cake is also to die for 5*??

10 people working there while my 2 pizzas sat on a shelf collecting dust for a half hour. Won't see me there again. This place used to be good, you'd be better off getting gas station pizza now.
Love this pizzeria! I have been a happy customer for over 10 years. The quality of all their food definitely speaks for itself! The Customer service is always A1! Thank you again for the amazingly delicious food ?
