If you want faster service, honestly try the Wendys in Crossgates Mall down the road. That's what I'm trying next, because I 'm not coming back here. And I honestly should have checked reviews before today.I've been trying this Wendys for months since I moved here a few months ago, chance after chance, trying to be patient and understanding. Maybe its isolated incidents, maybe its select people on staff or pandemic fall out. But after today, I'm done with this location and will spend the extra time walking into the nearby Crossgates Mall Wendys.This location is SLOW, every time. Often times seeing how long the drive thru is I've parked and tried to go inside, only to find the dining doors locked with no posted signage to explain why. I've ordered ahead via the mobile app, which mean the food should be ready to go on arrival, often finding its not been made yet. Every visit, the drive thru has been SLOW. They don't talk to you right away at the ordering menu, they're slow to respond at the pick up window, and often send people to the waiting spots, and STILL take forever, even when they have few customers.On top of that, most previous visits has had something messed up (wrong drink, wrong number of patties, burger not plain as requested, etc). I once ordered a medium soda and large strawberry frosty, only to have them in the same exact drink size, with the flurry completely liquid. Once or twice, fine, but every visit?But today was the last straw. I tried to order ahead via the mobile app, which wasn't working, so getting stuck in the drive thru it was. I was only the third car in line, and sat there upwards of 10min while the 1st car had a full blown conversation with the person on mic, instead of ordering. Then, both the 2nd car and myself were made to sit there (mine was upwards of 8+min) without any greeting or "just a sec", despite me trying to contact, especially after people honked at me. I ordered two Dave Double meals (one plain aka just cheese/ketchup) one med root beer one large dr. pepper, 10 nuggest with BBQ sauce, which the person confirmed on mic / on screen, and charged me for. One of the doubles was only a single patty, there was no ketchup or bbq sauce provided, the root beer was a 2nd dr. pepper, and the fries were so crunchy they were almost hard. This is after a 20+min wait, and with the parking lot/drive thru set up and slow service its very hard to bring it to their attention of their mistakes. And that's IF they acknowledge you, admit their mistake, and try to fix it (which is usually no, instead will argue with you).This location honestly could use new management, retraining in customer services, and explanation of the definition of fast food. 20min+ is sitdown full restaurant times.

This is by far THE WORST Wendy’s I have ever been to. The store infested with flies. The tables and chairs was filthy. It looks like they haven’t clean the store in days. I didn’t receive my whole order. Manager was going back in forth with me about my food that I didn’t receive. So I asked for my money back. The cashier and the young lady in the back had on hair bonnets. Very unprofessional.

This establishment is now officially on my “do not ever go to again” the staff is rude the last few times I’ve been here. Tonight I go 1 hour before they close only to be told all they have are fries and nuggets. This is pure laziness. If you don’t like or want your job, go somewhere else. These businesses just keep on hiring incompetent staff. Do yourself a favor an drive the extra few minutes to sonic in Latham. The food is fresh, the staff is friendly. They actually like their jobs. Sorry Wendy’s, I’m done with your establishment.

This Wendy’s location and its workers are the reason people are so against giving fast food workers a livable wage. Horrible customer service from incompetent workers, they take forever, and the food tastes weird. The card machine is always down or they don’t have change. I know people have waited on that line for over 20 minutes just to be told they can’t order bc they’re not accepting specific payments. Don’t waste your time or just take the extra drive to go to a better location.

6/23/22--Worst Wendy's experience ever. The staff got almost nothing correct on our order, the food was terrible, there were fries missing, one Frosty was the wrong flavor, and one was so bubbly it looked like it had been deliberately messed up (spit?). We had to WALK up to the drive-thru window (not safe) to get our missing fries because the doors were locked and when we called in, they refused to come out to us in the lot with the extra bag we had paid for. Disgusting experience. Save yourselves; stay away.

Had to wait at the counter for 3 minutes while I had the privilige of listening to 2 women in the back discuss wanting to show their breasts to police to get out of tickets. Then finally I was told that they can ONLY accept EXACT cash at the register. No credit cards! LIKE WHO HAS EXACT CASH? The whole time the drive through is pumping cars through! I'm sure they all had exact cash...

This location needs a manger that isn’t afraid to educated their employees on customer service. Have been to location several times and is the worst customer service ever. They are always very rude and are not customer service oriented at all. I went there a few months back and I told them my order was very wrong. I was told by an employee “ if you are not happy with it go somewhere else. Tonight I went there and I ordered a coke with my meal and I took one sip of it and it was cherry coke. I politely said several times to the not one by three employees standing at the window I would like regular coke. I was than told by some employee “ we are out of regular coke and it is still coke. “ several times I told them I did not want cherry coke … they never mentioned when I ordered they were out of coke . The one girl I think than started to yell at me “ that I need to understand they gave me a coke product I ordered “ …. Well the drink is in their parking lot and they are horrible in customer service…. This was all after I waited in line for 15 min to order ….this branch needs to be shut down …..

Friday April 29th at 1:30pm ordered curbside pickup because the dining room is closed waited about 20 minutes outside before calling seeing that there wasn't a long line in the drive thru when the lady answered she was EXTREMELY RUDE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE ATTITUDE !!! One piece of bacon on my baconatorI went back to show the manger my sandwich and she was very belligerent aggressive and disrespectful told me to call corporate

The spicy chicken sandwich was dry, fries were cold and I ordered a $5 biggie meal and they gave me the wrong sandwich. To make matters worse the vanilla frosty I ordered tasted spoiled. I was in a rush to drive to the train station and didn't have time to turn around. Will not be coming to this location again.

I had to wait for 30 minutes just to get the wrong order i didn't get my chili and i order the cheddar bacon cheeseburger and got a single cheeseburger add bacon and the fries was cold i will never go here again they give Wendy's a bad name. The only nice part is the manager she is a sweetheart she fixed the problem later. They all need to be like her
