We went there on a Friday night, there was barely anyone there ! The place was decorated nicely with an urban flair. Upstairs is designated for a limited and I mean limited menu! There is little cubbies hear was confusing ! A very strict dress code with collar shirts on Friday to “control the crowd “staff upstairs fully dressed in urban wear but acceptable because it’s upstairs although you must use the o my bathroom downstairs ! While it’s black owned its definitely catered to a different social class !
You cannot go wrong here, & you need to go asap! Get a$$ over to the food hall! If you want to support local black business come here. There is something for everyone, but not children down stairs after 9pm. This place is every thing my moody millennial self wants. When I don't want to speak to people, have people in the car and need to quickly order and dash. When I want to eat at cool place, because my friends are in town, and we want good food and great aesthetic for photos. When I want to party and have drinks but be on my couch with a plate of food by 11pm. This is the spot.
The food was fast and delicious. I loved the multiple menus of different styles of food. And you can take your food downstairs to the club which was a very fun atmosphere. Hookahs and amazing drinks were very memorable.
Cool / interesting place. Colorful & vibrant ambience. Good food and drinks. Tad bit expensive but overall worth it! You can dine in or order via their app and pick up food too. I know they have a DJ there at 10pm on weekends. Not sure about weekdays.
This place is fantastic. Chef Gary and Chef Amber have brought real soul seasoned food to the Capital Region. I frequent the Cloud Food Hall on my lunch breaks. The app is so easy to use and very user friendly. The best part for me is the House of Sweets section. Love Chef Ambers treats.
Tasty food at a great price! Great customer service! The app ordering feature is really cool. Good drinks (although a TAD expensive). Cute atmosphere. Check this place out!! You'll love it.
I rarely leave reviews but I felt the need today because it’s always so good. The Cloud Hall has great food. The Quality and flavor is always there. I love The Cloud Hall and highly recommend it. I have had pretty much everything on the menu and it’s all good. Today I got the fried chicken dinner.
Such a cute place. Love the decor and setup. I had a little cloud burger and it was so delicious and filling. Gave me shake shack vibes! I love how active Cory is in his establishments and even checked on my friend and I when we got our food. Drinks were a bit pricey but definitely gave me a buzz! Music was a bit too loud ? Loved the glow pouch. I would definitely come back.
Ambience was ? food & drink was good. We got the double burger with cajun fries, spicy chicken bulgogi, ? ? waffle, & gin ? pouch. Everything was tasty. Only thing I personally wasnt a fan of was the spicy on the bulgogi it was a spicy mayo added that kinda clashed flavors for me but would deff order the chicken bolgogi again in regular or teriyaki!
Good food, price per person is decent, good variety but it's more the experience that adds to it. Good place to being friends. Why are you still reading this review go there, It's awesome!
