Healthy and Delicious! I was in town on a business and wanted something healthy. So glad I found this place. Absolutely delicious! They were quick and super friendly. Very clean place as well. Will definitely be back!
First experience at the bowl last night and it was a great one ! Definitely will be back , got a warm bowl , Shrimp was very fresh & so were the veggies :) Employee forgot theeggs and when told , gave us free drinks ! :D friendly place , food is absolutely delicious and a healthy choice .
I’ve gotten this twice so far since they’ve opened!! Both times have been INCREDIBLE ?? The first time I got the rice noodles and the second, I got egg noodles (similar to lomein!)The salads are also really great and fresh as well! Their sesame dressing is SO GOOD!!Also, highly recommend the lemon lime green tea ?Will definitely be coming here regularly!!
Great food and great price. This place is similar to a Chipotle but for noddle bowls/stir fry. My food was made fresh for me and was super hot (temp) from start to finish...and I finished my dish. Would for sure recommend to some looking for a semi quick bite but does not want your typical fast food. I'll be back for sure!
I'm a regular visitor to the Colonie/Wolf Road and was excited to try this new restaurant in the area since I love stir fried noodle dishes! The staff was friendly in explaining the ordering process (choose noodle, protein, veggies and sauce). Portion size was perfect. The fruit teas were a great accompaniment. Service was quick even as a short line was building at lunchtime. I hope they do really well here!
Food came super fresh, hot and delicious. I highly recommend. We got a build your own hot shrimp bowl and hot sausage bowl. All ingredients were awesome. Egg salad was good too. Will be going again ?

Just went here for the first time today! It was delicious! Portions are big, staff is very friendly and the food was fresh. My only tip would be to ask for extra sauce if you want it saucy. I do not need the extra calories so my noodle bowl was perfect! I will definitely be back.
Hard to find the drive way but so worth it! Absolutely great food at a reasonable price! The teas are handcrafted, I got the Mango Green Tea and it was so delicious! The employees are so sweet and helpful!
Went here for the first time on Friday and had such a delightful experience! The 2 people working were so excited to explain how it works when I told them it was my fist time. It was all so delicious and the employees big smiles and excellent customer service is why I will definitely be returning! The tea is excellent I would definitely recommend trying them! Thank you for being so friendly and so professional! I love this place!
