Wow! All I can say is wow! Our server was Olivia, and she was exceptional. We have never been to a Boil Shack, and Olivia was so sweet in explaining how everything worked to order. Our food was huge portions, came out fast, and excellent, excellent food! It was also my grandsons birthday and they have this adorable motorized robot that brought cake to our table and singing happy birthday. I wish we lived closer because The Boil Shack would be a weekly dinner. The prices are comparable to any seafood restaurant but so worth the trip.
The food was great but the restaurant was very dirty menus were sticky and the table was too and the service couldve been better and for the price of the king crab they should include more sausage n potatoes
Good service and food. I ordered fried cajun dusted calamari and gumbo for appertizer. Main dish with combo 1 including crawfish, shrimp, corn on the cob ?, sausage and potatoes. I got butter garlic sauce. Food is good but I think It would be better if being cooked longer and absorbed the sauce.Bourbon street punch is great. ?Recommend this place. ?
Amazing seafood! Not inexpensive. Expect to see "Market Price" a lot. Robot waiter is kinda a gimmick but I think it saves the waitresses's back. Great flavor and options as well. I will be stopping by whenever I need my seafood fix.
The restaurant here just smells good when you walk in. Friendly hostesses and attentive waitresses. Excellent service. A very friendly atmosphere here. I got the snow crab with explosion hot and two eggs with a side of white rice. It's really good.
The wait staff was super friendly and helpful. Sauce on the boil was tasty and flavorful—medium wasn’t too spicy; just the right amount of spice. Made a mistake and ordered head on shrimp (not a fan because they aren’t deveined). Otherwise, very good food.
I love this place. We've went twice in a month. We've gotten the #2 with the explosion sauce. And both times it has been perfect. I'm already looking forward to going back a 3rd time. The restaurant is set up nicely with well trained staff. Kept clean and quick service. Definitely a must-have on the food list. If you're thinking about going JUST GO ALREADY. It's well worth it. To some it may seem expensive until the entire large tray of food gets set down infront of you and the wow factor hits. 5 star all the way
Wow. Just so good!! Perfect place to celebrate my birthday!! King Crab legs were cooked perfectly and no small legs! Taters, corn, hush puppies, dirty rice, corn bread were all just outstanding. Service was equally great. As was cocktails. Complimentary slice of cake. The ONLY complaint was I couldn't get a beef filet with the crab. But, since they concentrate on a "limited" menu, they do such an incredible job! Nice decor. Nice layout. I would HIGHLY recommend this place on just one visit. I don't normally do that but I don't think it was a fluke. Can't wait to go back!!!
Went for Valentines dinner and seeing a packed parking lot is a great sign. The food was great atmosphere was lovely and the staff was pleasant. The little robot that runs food orders out is super cute. Definitely worth it!
Food was excellent. Portions were large and very tasty. Pleasant environment and the service was top notch! We had Salmon, Tuna, wings, extra large shrimp. Tons of sides. No complaints here.
