Wings are sooooo. Delicious ?? but why didn't they take the time to make sure celery wasn't brown and had a weird small and this is the second time I ever received celery when fresh celery and carrots are always suppose to with wings $14.03 (coupon on app which saved me 3.00) for 12wings and brown celery and the manager was even aware of the situation and was nonchalant about me telling him smh I removed the celery myself ??
Warning Wednesday Night is karaoke! Music was obnoxiously loud and not one light was on around the bar. Forget about seeing your food you can’t even see the menu to order it. We ended up walking out and going across the street. Friday night or something I’d be all for this but not when your just looking for dinner after a day at work.
Ordered curbside delivery, checked in 5 minuets early and ended up waiting 10 minutes before calling and checking on our order. The lady who answered the phone was rude and said it'll come out when it comes out. Fine. Waited another 20 minuets before checking and this time the rude lady said "I sent it out right after the last time you called". We still had no food. In turn 5 minuets later some employee walks up, hands me warm drinks with the ice melted in them and soggy fried food. I asked if there was anything that could be done and they said no. I was extremely disappointed.
Location is1475 Western Ave, Albany, NY 12203The server was great. He was doing the job of 3 people. Was the only person seating customers. Being a waiter, and also busting tables. If he wasn't doing all of that he wouldn't have gotten the tip he got because it took forever to get waited on and get our dinner, but was so out of his control. Watched him have 4-6 tables at one time also doing everything else he was. All the other waitresses had 2 maybe 3 tables and not doing anything else. The food was horrible, husband's chicken was so dry he couldn't eat it, my ribs were way over cooked, burnt, and dry. Will never return to this Location. That waiter deserves so much better.
I've eaten there many times before but this time the experience was horrible. Imagine this while out dining with your children. One hour before we were served our water. Two hours for drinks to come. Gave us the wrong drink. Three hours wait for appetizers. Four hours before the food came. The food was cold and under cooked and one of the meals wasn't ready. We were one of five dining so it wasn't crowded. Then as if that wasn't enough the waiter was rude and short. when I said it was unexceptionable, He had the nerve to ask if we wanted to take it to go. We left without eating after waiting a total of five hours. Five meals in the trash. Like I said I've eaten there before never was it like this. I can't recommend it because there's no telling what will happen. I gave it one star because the hostess who greeted us was lovely. When he noticed the food hadn't come he said something to the waiter.
I ordered through UberEATS and the pasta was very undercooked. The handful of pieces of grilled chicken were extremely dry. The only thing that was cooked properly was the broccoli. The taste of the pasta was okay but it definitely did not make up for how hard it was.
Terrible service food was cold and noodles not fully cooked on cajun chicken and shrimp the bread stick was harder than a rock i just left today 5/15/2022 6:30 pm and they did no even offer to make me a new meal or take the one off the bill i will never spend another dollar in any of these tgi friday ls establishments not to mention they have one server for the hole place the don’t tell you that so your wait is even worse !!!!!
While I understand that all of the cooks called out, I thought the waitress was incompetent. We got our dinners before the appetizers so she had to take them off the bill. We waited a long time for a glass of water and some butter, not the cooks fault. No apologies, nothing. I ordered a combo, but only got half of it. She finally brought the rest when I was almost done. Very disappointed
Just spent over $120 for my family’s dinner. About half of the items in the family bundle were not there and the portions were absolutely ridiculous. Whatever you do, DO NOT TRY TO GET TAKEOUT FROM THIS PLACE. So disappointed. The macaroni and cheese pictured cost me $30
I ordered the Cobb salad. My chicken was burnt. I sent it back to be remade. By the time it was, my companions had finished their meals. I just took it home in a box.The remade salad had mostly what appeared to be an iceberg salad mix. There was very little tomato, cucumber, bacon, egg, or cheese. There were maybe 2 carrot slices in the whole salad.Next time, I'll get a burger.
