I went there at 12am, they were completely disorganized. The staff didn't know what cars to take the orders to. I double checked my order with the staff and was told multiple time that that was my order, but they got the order completely wrong. I should not have to get off of a stressful night shift and have to deal with this as well. It is a drive through. It is not supposed to be this complicated. I have also gone to the taco bell at midnights during the weekdays when it is supposed to be open until 1am and there is no one there. If those are not the proper hours, please change it on the website. This has happened multiple times.
I sent a message on the terrible contact form online. I pulled in over 30 minutes early before close to this Taco Bell and my order was missing! Seriously? You really gonna cheat during these high gas price times? I drove 5 miles because there was no food at my new place.Not only that, but my dumb app even erased the order number. But I still got charged so I have those info about email and phone and sent that on the form
Saturday June 18, 2022 I pulled into the drive-thru at approximately 1215am.I was greeted by a worker and then told that it would be an hour wait due to them having to cook the food. I then asked the employee what time they closed and she replied 1am.I'm unsure of why it would take them an hour to cook food. Furthermore, the fact that I was told they will close at 1am essentially meant there was no chance I'd be receiving any food from them.This location has been one of our go-to Taco Bell restaurants to order from. However, between this nonsense and the abysmal service at the North Greenbush Taco Bell, I'm going to take my business elsewhere.
Two times now I have stopped before 10:00 pm to be told they are no longer taking orders. Posted time of close online is 2 am and the drive through has 1 am posted as the closing time. Franchise owners and store managers should be aware of the loss of sale and customers due to teams closing their store prematurely.
Taco Bell 56 wolf road Albany NY is the worst I've been to.. tonight I ordered power bowl. Picked it up at the window. Pulled around to eat before getting back on the road. NO FORK in the bag. I go in. They all looked at me like I was bothering them. Finally I yelled. Can I get a fork. The guy comes over. We out of work. OKAY! Got a spoon. NO! Okay. How do I eat the power bowl. He said I don't know and walked away. Seriously ?. What a joke. And if you go after 11pm. They are so rude and you have to have cash. No cards. Hmmmmmm that's odd it's the worst.
This Taco Bell is such a pain to get a correct order from. Why bother offering substitutions of toppings if the employees are just going to make it the way they want it. I know it's just basic fast food, but I really don't like getting charged 70 cents to sub the meat if I am just going to get ground beef anyways.It's always hit or miss here. 70% of the time it's miss and 30% of the time it's hit. Also I asked one of the workers for a cup for the drink I paid for and they seemed like it was a big hassle.It's not a busy location AT ALL. Why is it so hard to get an order right?
I ordered a Burrito Supreme and Taco Supreme, and they gave me a Cheesy Burrito instead, even though the wrapper said "Burrito Supreme", so I was pretty disappointed they cannot get one simple order correct. I love how they have a "canned response" to the comments in this email, so please, save your breath trade the Taco Bell in for a Chik-Fil-A or another franchise that isn't so unreliable with incompetence!
Avoid this taco bell. Drive the extra 5-10 min to another one.Came here tonight looking forward to some nacho fries only to be given fries that were old and room temperature. Thought that was the worst of it, but also got a bean burrito that was colder than my refrigerator. Pretty obvious they pulled the tortilla straight out the fridge and skipped warming it up. Flat out disgusting. Only thing relatively warm was the nacho cheese sauce that came with the fries lol.
I wish I could give this location negative stars. They are absolutely awful, rude, unprofessional, unorganized and lazy. I have tried this location several times being that it is the closest to me, but every time I have the same terrible experience. Every time I go through the drive-thru they say “we have to close for 15 minutes”, come back”… or their grills are off, or they don’t have anything you order. No steak, no chicken, no this, no that. Today I went into the store to pick up a DoorDash order and after waiting 10 minutes some lazy rude employee comes over and says “yeah we gotta cancel it” and walks away. He didn’t even give me a chance to respond or ask if the customer can get substitutions. They all just sit there laughing and giggling about wasting peoples time. This store is a joke!!! It’s run by untrained, unprofessional kids with no managers present or supervision whatsoever. I even asked for a supervisor and none of them would come out to talk to me. Good job Taco Bell store #26362 you are the worst of the worst. I will tell everyone not to give you business. The owner should be ashamed looking at these reviews and they service they are putting out, but doesn’t seem like they care.
