One of the worst Taco Bell in the town. Unfortunately it is getting worse and worse. I recently had to visit the store in different times frames however messy place with its bad smells. I respect its employees but personally i will not eat food there.
Ordered through the app 5/25 and went to pick up through the drive thru at 9:15PM. Side note, I just did this same thing the Wednesday before at a later time and had no issue. Waited in line and the guy said good to go and pull to the window. Then a lady came up and said we have no food and to cancel in the app. Well once it says your order is being prepared, you can’t cancel it. So I called the Taco Bell location and then the lady on the phone said they were closed (Google says closed at 10PM). I said I was there almost an hour before and it won’t let me cancel my order through the app. She says employees aren’t allowed to do anything with the app and she can’t do anything. I put in a request help through the Taco Bell app and messaged the Twitter care page. No response. I’m out $35 and when I checked the app after I got home, it said order complete and to enjoy my food. So it seems like someone got to eat my food. Unacceptable.
We have really enjoyed our experience the last few times we've been here. The new staff rocks! Super friendly and efficient and the food was hot and good. Definitely recommend the crispy chalupa. It's my new favorite.
Why does your website not let you order breakfast food during breakfast hours? It says can only order during breakfast hours but unless 9am is too late for breakfast you might wanna fix your site as it's not exactly ideal for people trying to order online
Like third time I’ve gone there an they are not answering their drive through. I get they close at 12 and I’m coming an hour before close but I work in fast food too, you don’t get to just stop taking orders an hour before close because you don’t want to do your job. You close at a certain time so you take orders until that time and then you close and clean up the rest.
If I could give it minus five stars I would. Used to be great place to go but now like every other fast food place they don't have enough workers the workers they have arent competent and every single time, not every once in awhile or more often than not, but every single time I go there they're either out of something or they screw my order up.
I ordered from the kiosk inside. The accuracy of the order was spot on. The employees were helpful and throurough. The Nacho Fries were so good.
Wait is always 20 minutes order is sometimes right. Last time got a completely different order had to go in and the staff didn't even apologize and then took another 15 minutes to get the order.
Every time i go to this taco bell they never get my order correct and i speak clearly and i have my order on point so i don't know what they be doing to always mess up people orders. It's very disappointing going home to find half of your order is wrong
Every time I go here they are always out of something! Not sure how ya sell tacos BUT never have beef! Tonight I go and they don’t have change! Like how a restaurant don’t have change to give to their customers? Where does the change go in their pockets? Let’s not forget about the regular cussing and fighting between employees when your waiting.. you place is disgusting
