What kind of Starbucks doesn’t let you order ahead, and closes their cafe? You HAVE to go through the drive through to get it and you can’t even order ahead? Like really? Starbucks down the road at target is your best bet. Avoid this one!
My coffee had zero flavor. I've never had that is y at a Starbucks before.
Great Biscotti and espresso macchiato. Tasted awesome and the service was good too. The drive thru line wasn’t too long, but I just went in to pick up the items.
Just went over there they have some new staff which doesn’t have sense to talk or work while making my drink the new fat lady who doesn’t have almost to no hair put her finger in my drink and was tapping the whip cream container in dustbin to make it work and then used same one on my drinkWhen I complained about it she started saying we don’t care about you we got 1000 customers we don’t get affected if one stops to comeWhich hurtled me a lot
Possibly the worst Starbucks in the Capital Region. The staff is rude and dismissive, and the drinks are constantly made incorrectly. When asked if it could be re-make they make it wrong a second time.There is unfortunately not another Starbucks that is close unless you go into the Loudonville Price Chopper.
I frequent at most Starbucks and I do know the quality from place to does chance from the service to the items but generally the coffee is the same tasting whichever location you go. Except this location. There is no sense of consistency here, more than 50% of the time I still have to add milk or a syrup to make the drink they’ve made for me when I make it home. I’ve received 1/4 cup of foam on five separate occasions. I get it, foam is a thing but if I’m paying 5+ dollars for a drink. That’s exactly what I want. A drink, not bubbles. Then when you order on the app it says clearly how many pumps of each item but when you’re there and witness how they make it. Talk about a joke. If I didn’t have to wait 10-15 minutes after I’ve already placed my order ahead of time so that it’s ready by the time I’ve arrived this store would’ve received a higher rating. But until then. Expect to have your coffee not made correctly and to wait an exuberant amount of time for said sub-par coffee.
This location is one of the better ones. They always get my order right. Their drive-thru is one of the longer ones, so you're not stopped in the street when they are busy or blocking cars from pulling out of the parking lot
We chose the package cookie because there are so many flies inside the pastry case. Also, the smell of garbage made us wondered if the coffee is safe to drink. We got the coffee because we're desperate, I will let you know of we live.
Needed a coffee, sandwich and gift card. Each employee was alert, efficient and ready to work. Quick time in, on a lunch break and out, with no complaints.
I waited and waited for my breakfast and finally got their attention (even tho it wasn't even busy) and they had no idea where my breakfast was. So, I had to wait longer while they made it. Then, turns out they made the WRONG thing! So, after wasting my time, I didn't even get my breakfast.
