There is a female that has a bad attitude. She would not tell me her name. She has tattoos on her arms and when I come to pick up my order she yelled at me telling me to go at the back of the store where the table is for pickup. She is so condescending. I was talking to another employee asking him where to park. Because it's hard to find a parking spot. I think her name is Pamolua . She walked up to me while talking to the other employee and said you should wait for a long time. I even recorded her bad behavior with my phone. She did yell at other customers...
This is my fave Starbucks location. They’re always on point. Evin gave particularly awesome service today taking my order. He’s the most attentive and helpful Starbucks employee ever! Thanks Evin!
Went here once and had the worst experience. Their employee Lindsey, is very rude, honestly kinda racist, and watching her overall treatment to the others around her was vulgar. Never catch me here again, and piece of advice to Lindsey, lighten up.

Great location, always clean. The new staff are not a pleasant or helpful as the seasoned staff. Parking here is like playing car Tetris, so put your phone down and pay attention if you like your car being dent free. If you are running late on Monday or Wednesday morning and want to run in quickly, nice try... You're gonna be late. They get tons of mobile orders, don't be fooled because there is no visible wait.
This is the closest location to my house but I’d rather go the extra miles to Western. The staff here is rude, not social or polite. I have literally said Thank you for my order to 3 different workers and they’ve walked away. When you’re at the register, they look at you without saying how can I take your order or Hi how can I help you?
Drink was supposed to be iced, but was made hot. Danish was not supposed to be heated up but was. When I gently commented about my drink, I was told "Well, we already made it and can't take it back." and glared at until I took the incorrect drink. I get that this is a busy location, especially in the mornings, but rudeness by staff to a polite correction on an order is completely uncalled for.
