New to our area. Service was quick and food was fine. Chicken tenders were moist. Still, nothing extra special like the hype I heard. Just another fast food option with adequate food. I gave the extra star for the biscuits!
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo with Mac and cheese and sweet tea. I was told they were out of mac and cheese and sweet tea, fine no problem. I then switch my order to fries and a coke and they didn't even give me my chicken sandwich ?
Manager was smelling like alcohol a lot when she took my order she was very loud talking to the employees rude and was in there face she just don’t look professional I feel bad of the little girl she was talking too. I came back later that day and there was a little girl taking orders in the drive-thru and packing food for the front she was doing a very good job to be doing both of those at a time I’m very proud of her but I didn’t like how she was being talked to earlier.
First time trying Popeyes food. Ordered a family meal (chicken, potatoes, Mac n cheese etc.) through the app and had great service/delivery. Just not a fan of their flavors. To each their own!
It was ok. We ordered the big box which ads and tv says $6 but they charge $8. False advertisement. Then they didn’t put the sauce I requested
This mac and cheese was almost $4 and barely half the cup is filled. I’ve been to a different location and they gave a lot more, so I don’t think this is what the standard is supposed to be. The chicken was kind of burnt and there wasn’t much sauce on the sandwich. They also did not give the sauce I ordered. Really disappointed, but it’s a new location so maybe it will improve with time. I’m not one to complain or leave bad reviews normally, but every single item I ordered had an issue.
$15 and im still hungry
This Popeyes is trash, I was told they didn't have spicy nor mild chicken. Plus I ordered mac N cheese and this is what I received, barely 3 freaking spoon fulls. You shouldn't have to pull up to a drive through and see fast food employees standing around dancing and hugging each other. Popeyes do better, I'm going to Twitter on this one.
Yes, me and my husband went to the new location today and we were very disappointed with the quality of the food, the breading on the chicken was so thick that we couldn't really eat it, and the meat was dry and stringy, for the price of $30. it was a waste of money, plus some mac & cheese and biscuits, it wasn't worth the money. I always get more value and better tasting food when I go to KFC and I will continue to go there...
Great location! They were pretty busy since it is their grand opening. The service was great and the food was quick, hot and delicious!
