Requested a medium drink to go with my combo, the cashier charged me for a 32-ounce drink but still got my drink in a regular 21-ounce cup.Very politely told the cashier that i didn't mind the misunderstanding and the extra charge and requested they give me 32-ounce drink I paid for instead of the 21-ounce one that was on my tray. Both the cashier and the other employee that was preparing the orders immediately got on the defensive and told me that "32" meant medium and that the cup I had was 32-ounces. It was definitely not the case.Judging by other reviews on here it looks like they try to pull that "trick" pretty much on every customer which nets them 0.50$ extra per customer. Since I don't like being scammed (even if it's just 50 cents), I will avoid this location in the future.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! The cashier gave my son incorrect change ($5 short), my son complained and the cashier insisted that that was the amount indicated in the cash register and was correct. My son asked for his $20 back, the guy refused to provide the money back. He said my son to take the change provided or nothing. My son asked for a receipt for the purchase and they refused to provide to him. That is against the law. Unbelievable they abuse like this from kids!!!
Super excited to finally have a Popeyes in Crossgates Mall! This is the best location I’ve ever been to. The food is always super fresh and delicious. 10/10 ??
The food is fine, unfortunately management is dishonest. Check your receipt, there will be an upcharge you didn't ask for or outright refused. It will be a larger drink, fries or sauces that should already be included with your nuggets or tenders. Check your receipt.

Shantel single-handedly revived my love for Popeyes. He convinced me to get chicken nuggets with such passion and love that I just couldn’t say no. Nicest guy I’ve ever met 10/10 would give him my first born child.

I’m not one for fast food, but I enjoy amazing service and a great attitude I was presented with a smile and a conversation. The food was absolutely amazing. I will 100% be back thank shanto for a hell of a experience. This place should be rated more then a 5 start thank you very much
Chicken is juicy and made fresh, tastes great! Love that all their chicken is Halal, that's hard to find in a Popeyes. ? Customer service could be better. I was charged some kind of extra charge since I used a coupon!!! Never saw that charge when I bought at full price?Better get there early if it's not a holiday because they stop cooking chicken for some reason 3 hours before closing ..never understood that part. SHANTO has a bad habit of secretly mixing spicy and regular chicken into your box if they are running low on what you want, without even asking, even though they have enough! So if I get a 10 piece regular box they'll put 4 spicy, I DONT like spicy!!! Also, sometimes they offer sauces for free and other times this dude SHANTOwanted 25 cents a pack??? I bought $40+ worth of chicken and they told me to pay for one bbq sauce ? If they improve customer service, ide give this Popeyes 5 Stars!
I love the customer service and passion that the workers at this Popeyes showed me. The food was excellent and the people were even better. Many of the workers including a young gentleman by the name of Shanto were very generous and helped me with whatever I needed. I highly recommend anyone who is hungry at the mall to stop by and get some food from this place. They are the best
