The older man with long black hair in a ponytail is very rude, and sells leftover pizza. I tried coming here two times- every time he tried to sell me left over pizza from the previous night, when there was a fresh pie made… if I wanted a leftover pizza I would have ordered a pie, and ate the leftover tomorrow…Edit response to owner:Today you had the cheese pizza you tried to sell me, hiding off the display, so please tell the truth! Once you reheated the leftover pizza, the cheese was burnt because you had previously warmed it up to glaze the cheese so it didn’t look like it came straight out of the refrigerator. The last time I tried to come in, you got mad because my fiancé asked your son how long the pizza was out and you slammed the pizza plate against the glass. Hopefully this comment and my experiences with you will bring integrity into your practice! I grew up here in the capital district, and have always enjoyed your pizza. I have travelled and lived elsewhere but now I come back I experience bad business practice, I refuse to be ok with that! Be well.
I made an order directly with " Pizzeroni "in Albany, New York last week. After inquiring about my non delivery order and verifying with the establishment; the woman on the line about the valid order. She then asked me to hold on .Unbeknownst to me. I received via her system a man from" "Door Dash". Which I hadn't ever spoken with.Once he ask me to take my order.I said, " I had been transfered to him about my order with " PizzaRoni", He then asked me to hold on, which I did. Then the women I initially was speaking with from " PizzaRoni" became irate with me asking as to why was I speaking with her. Since she isn't the delivery person.I attempted to explain that I was switched back to her from the " Door Dash" gentleman. Of which I couldn't tell her why. Because, I didn't know why.She then proceeded to scream,& not listen as to my inquiry about my order not being delivered.I attempted to say the delivery issue was with her and "Door Dash" not me. Because I made the order w them; PizzaRoni. Not " Door Dash".After not getting any where as a customer of theirs; for which I won't be again; She obviously, needs "Customer Service" training.I would expect if she continues to interact and arque with her customers as she did with me. I would predict her business demise. She enevitabley hung up the phone on me before resolving the situation.I am out $27 dollars. She'll lose a whole lot more then $27 dollars treating people as she did me today.Yet, I feel bad that those that I was having the pizza go to never received it:Due to this unfortunate situation I will not be recommending this pizza establishment to the many pizza lovers I know!! EVER!!!
This pizza is different pizza! I don't know how they making but it was really delicious. The sauce dough and of course the peperoni tasted great. It definitely deserves 5 stars. I can say it's the best pizza I've ever eaten.
There was a young kid working there who seemed like he had st started as a summer job. The woman helping him was very patient with him, showing him the ropes while also doing her job.The pizza was phenomenal, as always, but the skin on the chicken wings was soggy and could've used a few more minutes in the fryer. The garlic knots were okay, which is strange because usually their garlic knots are to die for.I placed my order and had it within fifteen-twenty minutes.
First time.I came here5 years ago im from Ca first order was potato pizza actually thought was big spot of Mozzerlla lol it was actually good will be coming back here on my vacation soon!!
The deluxe pizza is one of the best pizzas I've ever had! Great place and highly recommend!
Highly recommend Pizzaroni! I tried their steak and cheese along with a slice of pizza. The pizza had a great crust and flavor. I couldn't have asked for a better steak and cheese. They slow cook in a clay pot the steak with mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes and onion. The bread was soft and fresh. Check this place out if your in Albany and if not, order delivery.
The pepperoni pizza was so good!! The buffalo wings are even better, totally recommend this place!!!
Spent $50 on a cheeseburger, cheese fries, lava cake and chicken parm dinner. Garlic knots included were bite-size. Cheese on fries was cold. Lava cake was very small for almost $6. Chicken parm was disappointing and it did not looked like the picture. It was more like tasteless pasta with very few pieces of breaded chicken thrown in. Spent extra for the meat sauce, ended up being more pieces of meat from the sauce than the chicken parm. Food is overpriced compared to the quality and portion size. Nothing but the burger looks like the pictures on the menu. Do not recommend.
I have been their a number of times and I have encountered mediocre service good service and excellent service. This last time the young lady call took care of me was excellent and the service could not possibly be any better than what it was. Thoroughly enjoyable trip for two slices and a soda.
