Angie at this location completely ignored my order for the first 5 mins then when I asked if this is where I picked up the food she said "what happened?" Acting like she didn't know why I was bothering her. She proceeded to move in comically slow motion and talk with her coworker and pick up other ingredients for other orders (mind you, I was the only one in the store, now I know why) before I just walked out after 7 more minutes or her not being able make a bagel and cream cheese. Don't go here, it'll ruin your morning.*edit: when I called the corporate customer service she was extremely helpful and apologized and did refund my order. That was redeeming so I changed from 1 to 3 stars.
The most ghetto store I’ve ever been too, extremely rude employees. And they refuse to give me the large cup I ordered every time and only give me a small, this place needs to get the stuff together. Hope I never have to come here again “ this is for the morning time/early afternoon” can’t imagine what the night shift is like and it’s usually no customers in here when I go so I don’t understand why such horrible service!
Did a curbside order and waited for a long time. I went inside and the place was dead, my order was sitting on the counter and I asked the kids on their phones if this was my order, they said “yeah”. I did not feel like a good experience at all, management must not treat them right if they halfass their job like this.
I love Panera's. I like the atmosphere and the delicious food. I like their sandwich/soup combos. I don't love every sandwich or even every soup, but they do have a diverse enough menu that they keep me returning back for more. The pizzas were a great surprise. They also have the best tasting green tea drink in their self-serve fountain selections.

Place an order to pick up. Showed up at the time it said I'll be ready waited 15 extra minutes. Then who I'm assuming is the manager wearing a green shirt asked what I'm waiting for and I told him. He replies back to me "well it is what it is". Who says that to a paying customer. Y'all need to train that staff how to speak to people. Totally rude and from the reviews on here I see it's a trend at this location.

Omg, the staff was extremely sweet and humble. Service at its best. The food was amazing ?, fresh and tasty. Restaurants was very clean and comfortable.
