Panera always has good food and drinks. Nice relaxing atmosphere.
Food is always good. Wifi great........except they do not allow you to use a VPN on it in the restaurant. They do not have a great PRIVACY on your email and credit card use in Ebay purchases.DO NOT USE ANY FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS OR CHECK BANK BALANCES IN HERE!One employee here is very nosy on people who use their personal laptop and talk on phone or use of smartphone. Be a bit cautious on nosy employees here. I never get this bad environment at the Walmart Crossgates Panera. This is why it gets 2 stars!
The young man at the counter was wonderful! He remembered my order and my name from 2 days ago! Service was quick and friendly and the food was delicious
Stunningly bad service at this location. Cashier and food prep worker were all over each other while other food prep lady bragged about her private life. Order was wrong TWICE in MULTIPLE different ways. As I left, after going back for a missing chicken sandwich, I heard the food prep lady get angry that she wouldn't have anything free to eat tonight (now that I came back for my sandwich). She had set it aside by her personal belongings.Food was fine.
I experienced the worst customer service ever! They make me wait for 40min to pickup my order. Employees were running out not knowing what to do!! Very unprofessional.
Food is way too overpriced, bums asking for money all around, took 30 mins to get out my order and they made it wrong. Walked in on some dude in the bathroom which you have to have a code for. Never gain
They lived up to their Panera name. I only bought coffee here and it was okay according to my preference. I've had better but had worse. If you are critical about your coffee then don't expect coffee shop coffee. It was a little weak for my liking, but I'm sure just perfect for somebody else.
If i could give no stars I would. I ordered at one of their kiosks that are barely mounted to the counter and waited 45 minutes for my food. My friend, who ordered the same thing, got their food within about 15 to 20 minutes and when I finally asked where my order was, they were rude and did not even try hard to look for it. When I asked again, they said they couldn't even find it in the system which is inexcusable. My card was charged so they should have offered to make me what I paid for. Do not go here for lunch or any other meal, especially if there's a rush because they do not know how to be polite or provide one simple service.
Their food is quite good but servings are kind of small for their high prices. They also no longer carry New England clam chowder A Stupid Love but I don't want you and have trouble finding.
