Today was my first visit to a PF CHANG'S in NY. I've only dined in the Vegas and Chicago establishments. I fell in love with this restaurant.. So I was excited to see this one at the mall. My excitement quickly turned to disappointment. The white rice was cold and hard.. The shrimp in both dishes was hard, re-cooked/overcooked, the table didn't look clean and where we were seated had a slight stench of garbage. Lastly, I ended up eating some since I was hungry and later ended up with an upset stomach.I've had frozen PF Chang's meals better than this.
Excellent dining experience. Service was prompt, and food was well prepared and presented.
service is good. have been getting Mongolian beef in like forever but the serving is getting smaller. other than that, it is still the best Bistro in Albany. please bring back PF Changs for two!
Always have a good meal and love the decor and atmosphere.
First time but will be the last time. The service was good but the best food item was the spare ribs appetizer. We ordered different chicken entrees but they tasted the same. Pork fried rice wasn’t good at all. Pork was big dried out chewy chunks. Food wasn’t worth the price, better off at your regular chinese takeout place
This is the second time in two months going to this restaurant and having a bad meal maybe it’s just a problem with getting takeout I don’t know. This is what we had to throw away because the rice was very undercooked and the chix didn’t even taste spicy
The Food here is EXCELLENT, but I have been here 4 times and all of those times we had extremely slow service. We’ve waited at least 15-20 minutes before seeing our waiter then taking another 15 to get back with drinks. Very good drinks though! I just wish service would improve
Went in the place with a lot of expectations and i ordered spicy chicken, that spicy chicken was actually sweet. I have no idea if my ordered got mixed or something.The staff was really nice and the vegetable lo main was fine. It was still too pricey for the quality of food they served.The ambience was nice and soothing and washrooms were super clean. The bar looked like it had a lot of stuff. The only thing i really enjoyed was the dessert i tried their chocolate soufflé and it was perfectly topped with raspberry syrup.
I go to Pf Chang's first time . This one is just as lovely as the others. Friendly and attentive servers. Pretty and delicious food. Portions large enough for lunch the next day. Large place the design is fantastic. Clean and professional the staff is kind….
Not a bad place. Service was reasonable and prompt. Nothing amazing, but very pleasant. No wait at 2PM.
