My wife is from Oaxaca (Mixtepec) so we had to visit while we were in town from California. This place did not disappoint! The food was very good and very authentic.My wife had the Tlayuda Oaxaqueña which she loved.I had a Huarache with half flor de calabazas (squash flower) and half huitlacoche (corn smut/yeast), it was so delicious, I ate it so fast.The salsa was very good too!The kids shared a quesadilla which is made with queso oaxaca.
Food = both familiar and unique dishes that are thoughtfully prepared and simply delicious.Hospitality = warm, inclusive, welcoming and environment.Summary = I recommend and I will be back!
It was ? Tuesday so we decided to order lunch. Very good tacos!! I ordered the chicken and my friend ordered the Al Pastor taco. I also ordered Tres Leches Cake. The tacos come with lime and spicy salsa on the side. The meat was tender, the tortillas were soft and tastes fresh. The cake was delicious.Will definitely go back and try more items!!
This is a little hole in the wall, no frills, family-run restaurant with delicious, authentic Mexican food at very reasonable prices and friendly service. We loved it!
We dined here tonight (party of 8 adults and 3 kids). The waitress was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. She was patient and thoroughly answered our myriad questions. The food was authentic, delicious and made fresh to order. Portions were generous, presentation was appealing and service was quick. Highly recommend!
This is a wonderful gem! We were looking for authentic mexican and we're ecstatic to have found this eatery. There is no alcohol...and we didn't miss having margaritas because it was so delicious.

Missed half our food on a $100 order. They were happy to refund without issue, but… you’re not ordering burritos because you want a refund. Chicken burrito was big, but a little bland. Disappointed.

Excellent service ,great tasting food and freshly prepared..the stew chicken is my favorite...and you can't beat the price a small dinner can feed two people. Excellent !
