I got a life hack for all these people ordering pizza online. If you take out your phone and figure out what you want to eat online you can tap on the little icon that looks like an old school telephone and punch in the 10 digit code you get from Google you can speak with a live person and they can take your order so you know that they got it. This hack also works when ordering other foods online. Why trust a computer when you can talk to a human?

Hands down best pizza in albany just arrived a little late

Ordered wings from here and they were undercooked.Never buying anything from here again.Disguisting.Go to another pizza place this one is bad?

I ordered a small pepperoni pizza through their website the estimated time I was given came and went.. so 35 minutes after supposed delivery time I called them and asked them where my order was, they claimed they never even got it so I told them that I paid for it online through their own website, they checked and there the order was. So they told me that they would send another one out and that they wouldn't give it to me for free because I only included a 10% tip. Over an hour and a 1/2 after I ordered it I finally got it and it was barely even cooked, the crust wasn't even warm the cheese wasn't even melted together and it was just awful! I had never gotten such a bad pizza order and experienced such rude customer service do not EVER order from them! I usually share the crust with my dogs and they wouldn't even eat it.

Great pie !!! Victoria & Rigo at the counter were super nice. A MUST HAVE PIZZA :)

Very disappointed, the rating is misleading. The pizza was old and dry and to make matters worse, there were flies landing on them!

I'm really frustrated. Noho, I often love your food, but your delivery experience is extremely inconsistent. Last week I got the lasagne, which comes with garlic bread. They were *great.* Great enough I decided to order it again tonight after a crummy day. Tonight's lasagne seemed to have ridden on its side on the way over, was only 2/3 the size of the portion I got last week, and this time was mostly sauce. Also, they forgot my garlic bread.I know this is a tough time for restaurants, and I'm a pretty chill guest. Stuff happens. This isn't the first time this has happened, but it might be my last ordering. Last time there was a problem I called and they sent the missing entree from my order, but made it feel like I was imposing on them. This time I was too tired and hungry to try and wrangle a fix and wait another hour for it.

Good pizza. I had an eggplant slice and a pepperoni mushroom slice; they were both pretty good. So were the garlic knots.

The driver was late never called and left my pizza on the ground in dirt and mud. Yes raining outside..Like a coward he ran and sped off?? After speaking to the manager (Adam) no apology rendered and hung up on. People are truly losing their mind, don't order nothing from this place. Disgusting

They can do so much better with their pizza, it's more water down sauce then the good sauce.
